They service the complex where I live. They are truly professionals at what they do. Complex grounds are always clean and well-maintained. If any issues arise, they always respond. These people manage the heritage manor townhomes in Palatine, Illinois and there are a lot of people in that townhome area who have big problems with the price we’re being charged monthly for the little work that is done. They have unlicensed people coming in our homes to check for sump battery back up and now supposedly I need a new one and have to split the cost with several other homeowners. I have asked about warranty info and I demand to know why we are allowing unlicensed individuals to make that call on our sump pumps.

I had an issue 2 months ago that my sewer was backing up and it turns out it was unplugged. The plumber he sent me said I needed a new switch but when I called my own people it was a plug issue not being plugged in a $100 call out versus a bogus $900 scam claiming i needed a new injector.

and the fact that they’re supposed to be responsible for the roof but they charge you $900 for their insulation without any warning they leave you a flyer and that’s it. People buy town house and pay the fee monthly to avoid those costs

They are so quick to throw a $75 fine at you and threaten if you do not do what they ask you to do about charging you $75 parking is horrible in heritage Manor. You literally have to pay to park more than 1 car if it don’t fit in your garage. I am trying to figure out what type of legal action can be taken and I guarantee they’re probably gonna raise this association again, and when you do have to speak up about anything, the lady who works at the office, her name is Karen. She might be nice, but she literally will not take the time to help you and understand anything why things are being done.

Communication is very horrible between the management company and Heritage Manor. We need to as a community fight this. $300 monthly for horrible parking, lawns that are out of control, dogs destroying yards and horrible winter snow removal.

I called the Braeside Corp office again today and got the voicemail of the same lady who never returns a call. I will be posting daily reviews and a phone conversation recorded so you all can hear what is going on.

I pay my stuff and do not party or bother anyone but these people are ridiculous. I have severe medical issues and cannot always be home when they need something at their convenience and BAM a threat with a $75 fine…. Harassment to me ? When they are sending in unlicensed workers to evaluate your home.
