I had a very long treatment due to a fall where I broke my humerus in two places. Orthopedist said bones were aligned so they should heal on their own. Turns out I needed a full shoulder replacement. I honestly thought I would not have full use of my arm again. I started PT with Brad and Deb. I have been a patient of this team since 2012 and I would never go anywhere else. They are simply the best in the business. PERIOD! They take the time to educate you and create a plan to your road to recovery. Very knowledgeable and professional. The environment is very pleasant and at least initially I was in so much pain it’s hard to be upbeat but they always put me in a better mood when I leave. If you need PT, you need Breakout Advisors!!!

This review is long over due, I had a very great experience with Breakout advisors team. Brad and his team are very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. Explained course of exercises I am supposed to do at home. It was a bit hard for me to do basic chores and exercise, after sessions with Brad and team and home exercises, I have seen lot of improvement and am pretty active right now. I will recommend them highly, very professional and caring team.

I developed shoulder pain from playing pickleball. Brad did an evaluation and provided in office treatment and gave me strength and conditioning stretches to do at home. My shoulder is much improved and I have completed treatment. I will continue the stretching exercises for maintenance purposes. Overall I had a great experience with Breakout and endorse their practice.

I have been to Breakout twice due to a knee injury and sciatica issues. Brad evaluated and developed a treatment plan that was very successful! He is excellent and very professional. The entire staff is terrific and I highly recommend Breakout Rehab!

I entered BreakOut Physical Therapy in November of 2023, seeking rehab from torn rotator cuff surgery. It was one of the best health decisions I have ever made. Brad, Jay, Deb, Amy, Lexi and the rest of the team were superb from day one in making me feel confident about the rehab and expressing a genuine desire to help me succeed in reaching my goal of recovery. The atmosphere was always full of positivity and every member of the staff is professional, very skilled, and extremely knowledgeable. BreakOut Advisors & Rehabilitation does an outstanding job helping people get back to feeling better following joint replacement surgery. Jay, Amy, Deb, and Lexi have provided me with exceptional service and support. While there, you clearly can see the same service and support is provided by Brad and the other support personnel to the patients they serve. Additionally, Patty and Renee are a pleasure when they greet you upon arrival and are always providing any support you need. I greatly appreciate all that everyone has done for me both in the past and presently. I have been to a few other physical therapy locations, but I'm thankful I found Jay and Brad's newest location prior to my shoulder replacements because they are the VERY BEST in my opinion. Thank you all so very much.

I walked into BreakOut 6 weeks ago with terrible shoulder pain and extremely limited range of motion. Within a few weeks Brad and his team had me pain free and and moving my arm like a champ. I cannot say enough about Breakout, every staff member is caring, kind and attentive. I will continue to refer my family and friends to Brad, he takes the time to listen and adjusts his treatments to meet your needs. Thank you for everything Breakout!!

I had my knee replaced and cannot thank everyone enough for the great rehab program. Brad was my therapist and he outlined a plan that met all of my goals. He listened and encouraged me to achieve my best. The entire team was also great! I also really liked the exercise app for my phone that they use. It was so helpful when doing the exercises at home. I definitely plan to return when I have my other knee done.
