Unbelievable I’ve been in dispute over payments they claim I didn’t make. I’ve sent them proof of payment and they keep saying they will straighten it out and then I don’t hear back from them. I have now sent three proof of payment emails for all of the payments but they refuse to acknowledge it. Meanwhile my condo has penalized me and here I sit so thought I should send out a warning.

I'm not sure why my condo management (International Village ) use your company for accounting to receive the HOA & assessment payments. Why do they continue to use this Bookkeeping company/management company. It Is my experience your company is as slow as turtles. I have called you (the owner) directly a year ago regarding this problem when we were a new account with your establishment. A year later I'm sending my HOA plus assessments in separate check payments from my bank 5 days the month before so you get the payment at the beginning of the following month. It takes your company Almost four weeks to clear in my account, this is ridiculous. What is wrong in that picture? Your company is the slowest In the turnaround time to clear checks. Not until the checks and balances are off will the condo understand that this is not the right company for us. It's just a matter of time. Not to mention other complaints from other owners
