Generally the place is ok but the toilets are an absolute disgrace and unsuitable for human use. The key players National Express, Firstbus, Megabus and others should coordinate and sort this out. I am sure that some potential users are not booking from here due to shocking toilet facilities.

Learn the station very well or avoid it if you can. Was called an idiot and c#nt, by a National Express driver for not knowing my way out of the station thought this being my very first time here. The station itself is pretty straightforward, get there 20 minutes before your coach takes off to avoid its misfortunes.

Filthy floor. And THE MOST DISGUSTING TOILETS IVE EVER SEEN. SOPPING WET FLOOR. VOMIT IN THE URINAL. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
THE COUNCIL SHOULD BE ASHAMED THAT THIS IS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN IN BRISTOL.

Toilets are awful, locks broken, never cleaned. Hooks broken off so if you are travelling with a handbag you have to hang it around your neck while you use the toilet (obviously not going to put it on the disgusting floor). After using them, you go to wash your hands and there is no soap. Would it kill them to repair the toilets and provide soap? It’s been like this for a long time as well. We had covid and now there is norovirus and the 10 week cough going around, you’d think someone would think of these things. There are also two different signs pointing to the toilets, one of which leads nowhere. You can only see the board for the coaches from one area of the station, so if there are alterations you have no way of knowing, unless you leave your spot in the queue and go to have a look. There are timetables for buses and timetables for coaches, but it’s not very clear which is which. Very confusing for tourists I imagine. Maybe there is a mop in the utility closet that you can put some sunglasses on who could do a better job of designing the layout of the station. The bus drivers and cafe staff are lovely, it’s obviously just managed horribly.

New coffee shop is a terrible place to get drink, The staff are not fully trained in customer service, just recently a couple incidents affirm that they discriminate on whom they sell too. They will demand you buy from the shop or call security. Buyers beware , better served at the Gregg's shop behind the station for a better deal and service.

Very poorly organised — if organised at all. They don't display all coaches on the noticeboards if they're of other companies, it seems — with no signage to indicate this. Best thing to do is walk along the station and look at all the coach destinations and figure it out yourself.

The "line" for the coach is unregulated; it was more a mass of people. Felt like we were all pigeons being herded. And pigeons can't can't be herded... as indicated by people embarking on our coach saying, "shall we sit together, or sit apart for private time?" ?

Two stars because the coach itself was fine. Didn't smell bad. Seats in good condition. Left seven minutes late but not the most egregious in the world. Still, would have been easy to circumvent lateness had there been more/improved management over the coach and queues.

It was a pretty rough place. Needs a big of a clean and TLC. Pigeons and what they leave all over the place. But it facilitates cheap travel so cannot complain to much.
