This company pre dates paper notices illegally and shows up way after their 24 hr notices are posted. Send in payments to the management, and the payments dont get processed. And theres almost never any answer from management. And due to their systems not processing payments they illegally evict tenants, even when proof of attempted payment is offered. And even when payment is offered on the spot.

No bueno they kept me and four kids in an inhabitable apartment for over two weeks while a major plumbing repair happened. This left us with no sink or access to our stove for over two weeks. Completely unacceptable and should be frowned upon as a whole

I have had bad experiences here.
For starters, My apartment was flooded by a resident who broke the sprinklers in the middle of the night. Water was gushing in 5 apartments and we waited while the Fire Department was called to turn the system off.
Repairs were not done correctly. Wet walls remained and painted over. It is an unfortunate situation that Management will not address.
Mold illness is a REAL HEALTH HAZARD..

Absolutely horrendous. Pool and hot tub has been empty thru our heat wave. People complaining about their airconditioner not working.Manager's door is always locked. The beautiful water fountain is dry and dirty. Actually one of the tenants was putting water in it . I'm going to go to the proper authorities higher up and report this as neglect to seniors who are paying for all this. Theresa needs to be fired

Hesperia Gardens management allows dogs and cats to roam freely on the property they even have the maintenance man Jonathan allowing his dog to be on premises without a leash.. one of the tenants has 15 cats and that goes against policy . Maxine is very unprofessional and doesn't here to complaints about the property she allows residents who are her friends to break every policy that Buckingham has. I have went to her with complaints and she tries to belittle me. She is discriminating against me because the way I talk

I went 23 days without light in my bathroom. I requested replacement in writing, verbally, text & phone messages. The manager Theresa throws away our personal property. Our manager tells us where to walk. She takes clothes out of laundry room if it’s after her shift ends. She throws away tenants laundry carts & any item outside. Our chairs in smoking/gathering areas have been tossed out but not replaced. The pool gates are locked from the inside so we can’t swim. The spa hasn’t worked for over 70% of the time I’ve lived here. Much much more, all negative. “Why don’t we move out?” Most of us have smaller income, not only can I not afford moving but I can’t carry my furniture now. Our rent is increased every 6 months. The office is always locked. When we try to call office the answering machine states “please enter a code to leave message”.

I did some work for this property management company in Pittsburg California at Pittsburg Park Apartments back in May 2022 it’s almost august 2022. I got The OK to do the work in advance, Once the work was completed I submitted an invoice, then I was told I have to fill out a new vendor package because they’re not using the one that I filled out previously, so I filled it out and sent it in. I’ve been calling them for three weeks leaving messages and no one has called me back. If you are a vendor beware, these people do not like to pay.

From what I have seen from this company is that when they became the property managers for a senior citizen apartment complex after a new owner bought the complex, they never informed the senior residents there nor the employees that had been working there at this apartment complex for years of the change that there would no longer be assistance for the residence that provided 2 meals each day in the dining area and just went in one day without notice and fired everyone working there and immediately shut down the kitchen/dining room. This left all those who had been paying and relying on this package deal, so confused and left to go hungry and fetch for themselves. Finally after about 2-3 weeks, this company finally sent someone to this complex to hold a meeting with the senior residence there to finally inform them about this property management company taking over, but the senior residents weren't informed that there was going to be a meeting. Needless to say, a lot of the senior residence health went downhill real quick with a few of them dying. This property management could care less. And the assistant manager that they had to have live there to work on site, was left to handle the confused and upset residence on her own. They never supported this assistant manager on any attempt or idea she had to help resolve the issues that they had caused. This company should change their name to "The Queen of Hearts Property Management." After all their motto seems to be,"Off with their heads!"
