My books were a mess prior to working with Jacqueline, I learned all the things I was doing incorrectly and how of finally use QBO the way it was designed. We went back to the start of last year to get all in order. With her guidance we downgraded to a more cost effective version of QBO, as well as integrated parts of my business, such as payroll, that I did not previously have integrated w/ QB. Her thoroughness and attention to detail are impeccable! I plan to continuing to work with Jacqueline as my business grows.

Jacqueline reviewed my quickbooks file for my business and advised that I close it and set up a new file to start fresh. The transition was very challenging but she provided a customized chart of accounts for the new file. She helped me transition all accounts properly and set them up correctly. We have a large payroll which was particularly difficult to transition but she worked with me every step of the way. She was willing to work through the difficult and time consuming issues to get our books on the right track going forward.
