When we started, we met with a local CPA, and for lack of a better word, she was unreliable and unresponsive, which left us floundering as a fledgling company. When I found Cash Tracks Financial, Marcelino met with us on holiday (4th of July) and discussed in length what they could do and created a plan of action to ensure our books were straightened out, taxes were paid, payroll set, and everything we needed to grow into who we are today. These guys are awesome. It is hard to find a good tax person, for both personal tax and small business. I spent 6+ months looking for someone who had good reviews, good BBB rating, and understood my complicated tax situation this year (my fault, next year will be easier, thanks to these guys).

They also lean into technology, despite having decades of experience. Excellent web portal, makes document submission secure and easy. Responses to questions were always answered within 24 hours. These guys are just so much better than the inundated, bored, overworked people who still prefer paper. I couldn't get an email response from half of the people I contacted, and most of the others wanted me to send them all my personal and corporate information/documents so they could assess whether they would take me on as a client first. I'll say it again, these guys are awesome. Moreover, I will physically fight any of you that give less than five stars. I'll probably lose, but I'm gonna give you a fat lip first. Then your friends will be like "what happened" and you'll tell them you fought someone you met on the internet in google reviews, and they'll think you're a psycho. Then everybody loses.
