I have dealt with Cedar Mills Property Management for almost 20 years. They are the best in the City of Wichita. There are reasons why they have received “Best Management Company” awards several times.

Every one of my interactions with the various departments of Cedar Mills has been respectful and responsive. From property managers, maintenance, accounting and management, they have all been good to deal with. I understand that a property is only as good as the owner of the property is willing to let the property manager run it, and Cedar Mills always tries to go the extra distance whenever I have a legitimate need.

I highly recommend Cedar Mills and their abilities.

Now we are up to 112,000 views so far! I am so glad this is reaching so many! There are far too many good Property Management Companies in Wichita to put up with the Worst Property Management Company in town! They are keeping security deposits of renters in violation of the Kansas Landlord/Tenant Law-This company is withholding security deposit monies for cleaning/painting of normal wear and tear. I wanted you to see the condition I left my unit in, and they still kept over half of my security deposit. I have countless more photos with date included, and I will be fighting this in court, but wanted to let future/current tenants know what they are up against with this company.

Cedar Mills are awesome to work with, I don’t totally understand some of the negative reviews. I lived in their apartments for 15 months and had 0 complaints. Liz is extremely professional and responsive and Greg the maintenance guy is the best. I will miss living there!
