For those who aren't aware; this place is collection agency who is completely run by UKH. Which is why they don't use the national "collection agency" billing letters and there's no direct site with your account on it. University Kentucky Healthcare has three levels of collection: UKH billing (typical hospital bill), Central Kentucky Management Services (UK will not report you to the credit bureaus; because it probably costs money and they are cheap. That's when they usually contact Federal IRS for tax return interception), and lastly GLA Collection Company (these guys are completely unprofessional, will call you everyday, will lie and accuse you for being "unprofessional," and to top it off they refuse to work with you even when you are dealing with serious health situation like my stage IV breast cancer. That's pretty messed up!) My former employer's insurance covered 90% of my bills and UK gave me nothing BUT problems for not even $6k! Maybe they should be more worried about putting money into the university in better areas other than basketball and football...

I miss the doctors and nurses at UKH but I am SO glad I left Kentucky so I don't have to deal with their money hungry greed employer...

Not familar with this company, but they just called and wanted a bunch of personal information from me before even telling me what the call is about. I asked, "What's CKMS?" The lady said "Central Kentucky Management Systems", which told me nothing. She then proceeded to ask again for my personal information "to confirm who I am." I'm thinking in this age of scams, I have no need to confirm anything--YOU called ME. You need to confirm who you are and what this call is about before asking me anything.

Instead, I was nice and just told them I'd need to know what the call is about before I discuss my personal information. She said I'd have to confirm my personal information ("confirm" by giving it to her) before she can tell me what the call's about. I just hung up. Not 5 minutes ago someone tried to access my Home Depot account, and now I get this call. Not today, Satan!

I haven’t even lived or been to a hospital in KY in 15 years and they sent me a bill today demanding money and no explanation whatsoever. Needless to say I am not paying and disputing it for sure! What garbage!

I'm not sure what it is I got in the mail. It almost looks like a scam, I called the number and the voicemail told me to just leave a name and number. There was nothing specifying what this place is. I'll edit my rating if I can figure out what I've received and if I can talk to someone.
