I lived in a rental managed by Judge Fite Century 21 for 4 years. Upon moving out, I hired their preferred vendors for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and lawn service to ensure I’d get back as much of my deposit as possible. About 30 days after returning my keys, I received an itemized list of charges and a check for roughly half of my deposit.

However, 6.5 months later, I received a $25.04 bill for "filling holes in the backyard caused by my dogs." I was told the delay was due to just receiving the invoice as proof of the completed work. Despite asking multiple times for photo evidence of the holes (which didn’t exist) and a copy of the invoice for the repairs, I never received either. I was simply told that the homeowner didn’t want to issue a credit, and that was that.

To make matters worse, new tenants had already been living in the home for over 2 months by the time I got this invoice. It’s disappointing that they would allow property owners to come up with arbitrary charges and nickel-and-dime former tenants even several months after move-out.

I do not recommend renting from Judge Fite Century 21.

I have been using Century 21 Judge Fite to manage my rental house for more than 10 years. I was traveling quite a bit, so I was not always able to keep up with the needs. They have done a fantastic job keeping my property maintained and occupied to good tenants at lease rates that make it worth keeping this rental property. I have and will continue to recommend them as a property management company to my friends and family.

Look somewhere else. I had to do ALL the follow up with our rental agent. They did not rent out our house. We reused our listing photos. There was no cost to the company. We ended up selling our house less than 30 days of posting for rent. They charged full price of cancelling despite not being helpful, communicative, any cost for photos or work on their behalf.

This is the worst management company!! I paid 4950 for a deposit and then they asked for an extra 210 at the end. The things that needed to be repaired were all minor. The prices they gave on what it cost to repair those items are ridiculous! All I can tell you is DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT rent with this company! As you can see I’m not the only person with this issue with the management company. BEWARE! I wish someone would have told me! AMBER is a horrible person they are scammers!!!!!!!

Rented from Century 21 Judge Fite. Never in my history of renting have matters been handled so unprofessional. Rhonda is rude, when she returns your calls. I should have known they were frauds when they told us on the onset that we would have a better chance of getting approved if we signed a longer lease and if we paid more. I should have known they were snacks when we had to have the plumber come every 2 months and he stated there is always something wrong at this house and he has been working there for several years. I should have known something was flaky when we moved in and had to clean the house. The paint was peeling just from wiping the doors and walls. BUT for them (Rhonda) to say that we will not get any of our $3100 deposit back because of oil stains (trying to clean the walls) on the walls. Cheap paint is going to stain, and you can't wipe it off. But to charge $3100. No ma'am. No sir. We are going to fight this. If you rented from them within the last 2 years and would like to join our lawsuit, get in touch with me. The receipts do not match the work. And how in the hell do you send a invoice for $400 to clean the house when the house was clean. She tells me the cleaners had to clean up after they finished painting. WHAT... This company is a whole RIP OFF. I have used Century 21 several times in the past. DO NOT RENT FROM JUDGE FITE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET A REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT..

I had an extremely negative experience with this property management company. The owner was very predatory and refused to fix anything. I had to escalate my complaints to the Century 21 headquarters, only to discover that this is a privately owned company. They truly don't care about their tenants and allow the owner to neglect necessary repairs, yet still hold tenants responsible as if they are owners. Previous reviews revealed that they often keep deposits and charge unjust move-out fees. The treatment I received was not just unfair but has caused me PTSD. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. Avoid at all costs!

I would not rent from them again. Please do your research. They keep $1300 of our deposit. For things that was not done when we moved in.I went to the hospital twice for mold in the house. And yes I have pictures to back it up. Before and After. So please before you rent from them make sure to do you research.

Everyone was professional, and I had the opportunity to make all decisions before they proceeded. I have and would recommend this company to anyone looking for this service.
