Through and by the coaching we have been given, I am following instructions provided to me by Chris Coltrane and...I believe the changes I have made have developed into: a dramatic increase in sales; given more insight as to who I am dealing with on a sale to sale basis (as well as who I am as a salesman); and allowed me the ongoing ability to lower the need to be "switched on" as a salesman the entire appointment.
