We had C.M.O.E at our business a few months ago and all I can say is fantastic things about our session ! We had a diverse group of people , joining from all different roles within the company. Our facilitator Sarah-June was great at leading the group and the conversation through out the day. Our entire team spoke about the positives and taking control of conversations for weeks after. We have really pushed our selves to implement the great teachings of the program, and have encouraged ourselves and others to use the coaching strategies we were taught. 5/5 I highly recommended C.M.O.E for any business looking to provide a resource with helping their staff have courageous conversations both internally and externally. We wanted to build the skills of our in-house Coaching team, so we enlisted CMOE to do an onsite 1-day workshop with us. Our Coaching team was very pleased with our facilitator (Steven Stowell) who is professional, approchable and incredibly experienced. We worked through case studies and various tools and got to practice live coaching sessions in a full, but well-paced, day of training. We are eager to work with CMOE again in the near future.

As part of a company-sponsored leadership academy, I was privileged to have a facilitator from CMOE (Bryan Yager) for a two-day in-person session and a one-day virtual session. The presentations were a perfect mix of theoretical information and real-world insights. The facilitator kept everyone engaged with his humor and dynamic presentations, which says a lot for a group of adults (especially virtual)! Each session provided me with both immediate changes and long-term goals. I also walked away with a renewed outlook on my career and, quite frankly, all other aspects of my life. CMOE is great to work with and is very customer focused. I can’t recommend enough. I bring my team together for a teambuilding event annually. The team looks forward to these and we use their team alignment survey to guide us in what to focus on for the next 6-12 months. Trainers are great and create a comfortable environment.
