Communities and Boards rely on our Property Managers to help keep the community looking its best and everything running the way it should. It's pretty straight forward, but something we did not have in our community for a long time. When Coastal was hired, they immediately started working on our punch list of items that were taking months or even years to resolve with the prior company. Most were resolved by our first monthly meeting after Coastal started. This level of service has continued; our Property Manager, Chris, is on top of all issues and very responsive to our requests. He has connected us to vendors that do s superb job for our community. My only regret is not finding this company years ago. I highly recommend them for any community.
