Fantastic Business Account. Very open, honest, full of useful features and they LISTEN!

Loving my Coconut business account so far. There are lots of powerful features for freelancers like me. Everything has been easy to use and so far, I have not needed to use support as everything has worked accordingly. Hopefully, If I ever do need to contact support, it will live up to the rest of the Coconut product. One key thing that is missing is the ability to add our logo to invoices. I have seen this feature as standard in every invoice generator I have used, but it's currently missing from Coconut.

Such an easy (whilst compliant) application process. The app. is also very easy to use with some useful links to, for example, my accountant and a foreign exchange service. It also works out my TAX bill estimate, generates my invoices and sends reminders when they are due for payment. Coconut's customer support are also first class. Well done guys! Stress free online business banking at its best!

I love coconut. It's so easy to use, customer service is on a different level and the team is always adding new features, pushing it forward. I've been using it for a couple of years and I recommend it to any small business looking for a business account. I can't fault it at all. It would be good to have recurring invoices built in but I dare say they're already thinking about that.

Great alternative to traditional business banking. User friendly app that allows you to easily categorise business expenses and income. You can also see your tax profile and estimated owed tax at a glance within the app which is a very useful feature.

Creating a business account with Coconut is quick and easy.

The only downside I've found is outgoing bank transfers can take up to 2 hours (although usually complete within minutes, I've only personally had a few occasions where it's taken longer than an hour). Faster payments is currently in development though so this will no longer be an issue soon.

I'd like to see the ability to setup sub-accounts that you can set rules to automatically put aside taxes from incoming payments. I've seen this on the roadmap so hopefully it'll be a reality soon because it would make managing taxes much easier and would greatly reduce the manual effort needed for putting money to one side for your taxes.

I've not used the invoicing side of things as I run my own system for that so I can't really comment on it. It does however look pretty decent, flexible and have seen others singing it's praises.

Responsive and friendly customer service with some great features planned for the future. By far the best business banking alternative I've used to date.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Free starter account for small businesses. Debit card arrived straight away and the features for classifying expenses are great - even provides guidance on what are allowable expenses and gives you a tax estimate. Very happy customer.

After searching for a decent online banking service for my new business I saw a lot of people mentioning coconut and everyone was so positive with the experience so I went with them. The overall process was so easy and communication was brilliant, any extra info that was needed I sent over and they responded very quickly. I’ve not used the account as of yet as my business will begin trading early October (hopefully ie covid 19) so I’m sure this will be just as smooth as everything so far.
I recommend this company personally from the customer service point of view as it’s spot on and I think that’s so important, it sets your whole expectations for the service.
