Tyler and the team at CPM are some of the best people that I have ever worked with and rented from. We rented two different properties from CPM within the last five years, and our experience at both were exceptional. Tyler ensures the properties are clean, kept up to date, and acts on tenants requests well within a timely manner. CPM provides online bill pay that has made the renting experience even more easy and accommodating. I wouldn't look to rent from any other agency in Frankfort.

From beginning to end, Tyler & team were helpful and professional at every turn. Rented a two-bedroom townhouse from CPM for a 1-year lease. Responsive and efficient on needed repair requests, regular exterior maintenance like mowing, etc. and also tried to be helpful in promptly addressing problems with occasionally rude neighbors. Highly recommend this local company for their value and customer service.

Tyler is very professional and quick to solve any issues with the property!!!! He’s always been friendly and prompt with any questions i have had relating to our townhome I definitely would recommend Tyler and commonwealth property management rental properties to anyone and everyone!!! Not to mention, bonus here lol we didn’t have to take care of the outside at all! They have someone to mow, weed eat, and blow off sidewalks etc which for us was awesome Meant more time doing what we wanted without the hassle of having to maintain the property :). Hands down a great benefit lol.
