I recently completed the Business Plan Development Workshop series, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The program was incredibly informative and engaging, and taught me skills that I will undoubtedly use throughout my career. Nicole was knowledgeable and passionate, and took the time to ensure that every student understood the material.

The program covered a wide range of topics, and provided practical applications for each subject. The group was supportive and you felt safe to ask vulnerable questions or admit fears or problems you were coming up against.

Overall, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to participate in this program. It has given me the confidence and knowledge to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to start or grow their own business. I came to CFOS for help with a business plan and a very sizeable loan for my small business. Nicole, who helped my out with my business plan, was extremely knowledgeable and took lots of time to meet with me individually to clarify concepts throughout the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to become a small business owner to get a head start by looking to her for guidance! Once my business plan was complete, Holt was tremendously helpful in ensuring I was able to get the funding I needed to start my business. He was working with me the whole way along and made sure I had everything I needed to have the best chance possible of securing the loan that I required. All around I had an amazing experience working with this organization. The process draws out your best as you apply your learning as you navigate the program. The CF crew is extremely knowledgeable as they conduct workshops to multiples of participants from all around the province in real time. I liked they shared inspiring stories from thier experiences of CF previous ilumni.
