This management company screwed up the disclosure paperwork on a home I purchased in 2023 in a community they manage. They provided out of date rules and regulations (from 2019, when they'd been updated in 2022.) The documents contained materially significant information that would have affected my purchasing decision. Since they didn't disclose it, I purchased the home and only found out after the fact when they sent violations on items that I had never had disclosed to me. Their only answer was "Oops, our bad." I contacted the NRED Ombudsman office, however the only recourse they provided was notice that I'd have to hire an attorney and sue them for their malfeasance. (Don't get me wrong, I love my home, but the rules and regulations have a large part to do with how that home can be enjoyed.)

Fast forward to every interaction I've had with them since. This management company is slow to respond and not at all helpful.

They transitioned to a new software system this last month, and didn't turn off the old payment system, thereby charging my auto-pay account twice.

The comedy of errors that is Community Management Group is why HOA's have a bad rap. I've served on multiple HOA boards and would never hire this company to manage any community with which I was affiliated.

TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone. It sometimes takes them over a week to call back if at all. The HOA monthly payment goes up every single year but the quality of service is far less than bare minimum. How’s are frustrating most of the time but this company is the worst of the worst. VERY quick to fine you over the most menial infractions but extremely slow to actually help. Instead offering help the front desk complains at you about how their job is so hard. Zero stars if it were possible.

They manage the Wimbledon Tennis Club Towers in Las Vegas and are a defunct and nefarious company. I'm speaking about Wimbledon Tennis Club Towers. I've lived here for 20 years and the late fees they charge are draconian and egregious. If you are 5 months late in your HOA dues, which are one of the highest rates in the nation, they will send you to a collection agency law firm. The HOA dues per condo on the average are $535 / month end even higher if you live on a higher floor. They fired the security and raised the HOA fees again and did not notify me. They also coerced an illegal abatement saying we have to get out for 6 nights due to asbestos in every unit since it was built in 1975 and did not pay for the housing for this period of time. They did such a bad job that CMA hired a security camera company as the new HOA here. Ludacris and simply unscrupulous is all I can say about CMA. I have a great attorney to protect my assets and property, and am in the process of suing them for malicious management and HOA dues that are twice what they should be.

I have lived in my community for 20 years and I’ve never seen this type of harassment, arbitrary decision making and intimidation! I have submitted two requests to have modifications made to “my” home all in support of increasing the value, security and privacy. I had both requests approved and a year later because of another matter they sent me a noticed that I hadn’t gotten approval which was incorrect. Classic harassment. One time is a mistake but twice is a pattern. I then added stone to the front of my home very similar to my neighbors and I received notice that my stone subjectively is “too light.” I’m waiting now on a written response as to what too light defines. CMG should be advising the Board what’s legal and appropriate versus what’s not! Poor management!

A lawsuit should be brought to this "management" company, the home values in my neighborhood have dropped because they do not enforce the rules; weeds are everywhere, lamps are destroyed, etc. We contacted them for approval to paint our house MONTHS ago and never got a reply. Will start looking into how to get a reputable management company.

I have encountered significant challenges in my interactions with CMG, which have left me with a profound sense of frustration. The level of professionalism exhibited by Josh Carey and his superiors has, unfortunately, fallen far short of what one would expect. I have been compelled to assign the lowest possible rating, which appears to be a common sentiment. Regrettably, I have observed a consistent pattern within this organization.

Over the last few months, I have made diligent efforts to address and rectify simple issues, but it is disheartening to report that none of them have been adequately resolved. It is a deeply regrettable situation that we are compelled to maintain any business dealings with this company.

I am considering reporting these issues to the relevant licensing authority, as I believe it is essential to bring these concerns to light. The ongoing lack of respect, email blockades when attempting to address concerns, and apparent unavailability when reaching out for assistance have been disconcerting. I have also attempted, on multiple occasions, to schedule meetings with them, but my efforts have been consistently rebuffed. It appears that the company's personnel may be overburdened or otherwise disinclined to address crucial matters.

In light of these experiences, I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It is my belief that a company of this nature should be held accountable for its actions and should be subject to the appropriate scrutiny.

It's not the management fault. It's a bad board . I had experience that my self. Board micromanaged didn't take suggestions. They met with vendors not licensed excluded cmg in the process.Cmg strongly advised them dos and don't. The board wouldn't listen . Cmg has passion and compassion to residents. I highly recommend them. Which I did in my new community. Look at the board mgt follows there direction.

I would give CMG Zero stars if I could. "HOA is like Government, you pay them to harass you and do their bidding. You get nothing in return, only abuse", CMG is a perfect example, we pay them monthly assessment only for them to abuse us.

I am a homeowner, over the years CMG has constantly invented violations on my property when none existed and threatened fines. Can't get an reply back, only rude unprofessional staff, if I can even get hold of anyone. CMG is scum of the earth really, but I doubt they will make into HOA hall of shame as they are totally shameless.

No community should ever use their services, beware.
