I've been through 4 years with them, 2 different communities and always was wonderful. Leasing agents are wonderful, managers are nice and caring about their residents. I was always able to solve my problems with them. In my experience, one of the best management that I've known.

Apartment complex were I love has poor management (Jessie Flores) at boulders at lone mountain apartment 1093. Upon move in we stated carpet is filthy and old. Nothing was done until Daugther injured her self to the point we had to take her to emergency room, then car was broken into we called office to get a follow up then I was served a letter for harassment when it has been the other way around. Then my vehicle got a sticker saying it was going to get impounded after giving them my plate number then on top of that we get an additional $400 added onto our account by Jessie when the paper work we recieved was stating to pay the full amount by a specific time frame which we did only reason I wasn’t paying was because of the poor communication on the work order I’ve been having to stress on calling them numerous times and by email. Washer has been down for about 15 days I’m a father and daugther does not even have clean underwear that we have to go through the embarrassment to walk over to the show room to wash our cloths when I roughly pay 2k a month to stay here. Stated to Jessie which I have a video of me telling her I’m doing a complaint and she laughed and said good luck. There are numerous people on yelp who are complaining about this woman due to poor and no one does anything for someone in this company to take a stand by ending this nonsense . I had to file a bbb complaint on behalf of this and even got a lawyer involved at this point.
