I love my new apartment! It has a great amount of space for a studio. It looks totally updated, and the kitchen is so big! The bathroom is great too, I love the tiles on the tub/shower. The whole building is very well maintained! Big shout out to Vania - if you're applying for an apartment here, you have a great leasing agent to work with! They kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions and concerns I had. She's wonderful!

I’m satisfied overall. The rental application agent helped me a lot. Her name is Sara Hildebrand. Trust me : if that lady says she’ll get you there, she will get you there no matter what, unless you have no money😅, which makes sense. I’m an international student, and sometimes we have to go through many steps to apply for a house, but she made it so easy for me. I’m so grateful. I high recommend her service, guys. She knows what’s best for you. Just tell her what you need and she’ll manage it. I have my own place now, and it’s a big achievement for me. No more roommates 😁. Thank you, Sara.

I'd honestly provide 0 stars if possible. My brother and I lived in an apt complex owned by this group in the Avenues and they were very difficult to deal with. We never missed a rental payment and were easy to work with. However, upon moving out, they charged us for things that were out of control such as storm water damage on the ceiling that required patching and painting the drywall. They also charged us for odor treatment when we had told them when we initially moved in that there was an odor given that we had one of the oldest carpet units in the complex. Only after appealing and waiting for 6 months did they fix some of the unnecessary charges. The worst part is that the property manager at the time we had moved in gave us a storage key for our extra things but never documented it. So, when we were moving out 2 and a half years later, we headed to our storage (which still had our things about two months before) and found out that another tenant had stored his things there and gotten rid of all of our property worth $500 or so. Concept did not want to assume responsibility despite the negligence of their property manager giving out another key to a tenant to the same storage unit we had access to and told us there was nothing to be done because their books did not indicate that we had access for those 2 and a half years that we lived there. Avoid this group at all costs. It's not worth the hassle. Definitely avoid the 3rd Avenue apartment complex owned by them.

When I first moved in I was really happy, but after 3 years I have negative feeling towards this company. They charge for maintenance which resulted in me never asking them to fix stuff, they don't do anything if other people park in your spot, and are constantly doing inspections and it feels very invasive. Overpriced apartments for the most basic place. Also a low deposit may be nice when you first move in but it will bite you when you move out and they decide to charge you. Beware. Oh and just hope that you never have financial issues cause they will be quick to evict you.

Been living at concept for almost 2 years now and we have been frustrated from the get go. Light switches are installed upside down, outlets are loose, hot and cold water is switched etc.

Maintenance is slow. When we moved into the first unit the window in the bedroom was leaking. No one ever came to fix it or even look at it. We lived with a rolled up towel on the window sill for a 1 1/2 yrs.

The tub faucet was broken causing it to be stuck on boiling hot and continuously running. It took 5 visits over the span of a year to get it fixed. The last maintenance person said they were buying the wrong cartridges and filing them down so it would fit in the faucet.

Our brand new fridge would stop working when you close the door. 2 visits over 2 months to figure out the electrical outlet was bad. Told the 1st time it's just loose and no big deal.

Our brand new dishwasher was wobbly and I realized instead of using brackets to secure it to the counter, they installed it by drilling screws directly through the dishwasher wall and into the cupboards. The fix for that was to replace the screws with longer ones.

In winter the heater stopped blowing air, management canceled the scheduled time to replace the air filter and then no one ever came to do put in a new one so we relied on a portable heater in my kids room.

During the big snow storms, the power to half the house went out, it took days to get someone to look at it. They told me it was my fault for using a heater (I didn't blow the fuse) and they "checked" the outlets but couldn't figure out what was going on. A week later an electrician came out and discovered a bad outlet that caused the issue. (One that was supposedly checked before)

Right around the time we were getting ready to renew, a neighbor drove her car into our bedroom. Management put my family of 3 and 3 pets in a 1 room motel room for a few days. Wouldn't get back to us on updates unless I reached out.

I was told they have to investigate to see who was at fault because the neighbor was lying and saying she didn't do it. (Police said she was liable) We were told a week to 2 weeks for repairs, that turned into 3-4 weeks. We were told then that a contractor took up the project and it would be a month. (At this time we have been staying with family) Then it would now be 2-3 months.

Everytime we visited to get things from our home, nothing was done. Mice and spiders were getting in because of the hole in the wall.

Finally management let us know that we could move into another unit in the complex. We had 3 days to decide if we wanted to to that and then 3 days to move our stuff out of the old place and into the new. We were charged moving fees and told the old place needed to be cleaned when we left.

The new place lacked many of the amenities we had in our old place and when I asked for some of the things to be moved over (nest thermostat, rods in the closets to hang clothes, etc.) we were told that they would do that for us. (They didn't)

Moving into the new place nothing was done. Spackle on the wall was not painted over, no nest thermostat, no rods. And lights, dishwasher and tub all have the same issues as the other place. (Installed backwards or wrong)

The day we moved in the internet didn't work and a week later when the fiber techs came they said they needed access to the upstairs and to coordinate with management to schedule a time. I put in a request and update after update but heard nothing so I took the initiative and scheduled with Google.

I was given attitude for scheduling it on my own and then when the day came, fiber was here on time but maintenance didn't have a key and no one had contacted the upstairs neighbors to have access. Internet is vital for our work so between the accident and the move we have lost a full month of income.

I understand they have other places to manage but what happened was not our fault and we are the ones picking up the slack. Unless they hire someone to be onsite I don't recommend, it's just a headache even with the rare accident we are dealing with.

Lived in one of their properties for a year, had nothing but problems. Reported multiple things including; paint peeling, possible black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower, the toilet being nasty and having Lyme built up and smelt awful. Maintenance guy came and took a look, told me to get cleaner and that it was “shower mildew”
Also I was 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. I told him I was worried and said I had nothing to worry about. For the paint I told him I wanted it fixed before baby got here because I didn’t want the paint fumes in the apartment with a newborn!!! He stated that they end up painting once we move out and that it’s nothing to worry about. Me personally I don’t give a shit how the paint looks because I planned on leaving these apartments after my lease was up.
Which we did and NOW all of said things that were reported, I am now being charged for. Somehow I “damaged” the property $1500 worth. We have been going back and fourth desputing fees and then all of a sudden they stopped responding to emails. We have multiple emails going unanswered they have very poor communication and shitty ass attitudes.
10/10 would not recommend!!!!!

edit, I added the photos I took on our last night there. Idk maybe if you guys believe this is 1500 dollars worth but to me that’s a bunch of bullshit. I will admit I did forget to clean the freezer and underneath our bathroom counter. But those two cupboards should not cost. We got charge for “broken blinds” no where in these pictures is anything broken. Either way I know for a fact there was not “extensive” cleaning done. You can choose to do what you want but this is my warning. Be careful

Eon was great! Very respectful, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of with my 2 separate leaks in the apartment.
I would recommend him to anyone with issues pertaining to any issues in their residence.
Thank you Eon.
