It took longer than needed to write this review simply because it’s VERY hard to put into mere sentences how Ellina and her program impacted my life.
Making the changes I wanted to make in my life with Ellina felt like quantum leaps that both my mind and body couldn’t keep up with sometimes. A little bit of my personal experience with her services:
I was fortunate enough to experience her private 1:1 coaching as well as being one of the first members of her conscious life design studio (CLDS) online platform community. As mentioned, I experienced incredible personal and career/business breakthroughs with her 1:1 coaching. In a short time-frame, we were able to identify very intense self-limiting beliefs, blocks, reframe old thoughts/behaviors/patterns, and establish not only “habits” but “rituals” that have become permanent in my life. I have never been able to regulate my anxiety or depressive episodes as seamlessly as I do now after the tools she has provided. It took a lot of work and vulnerability but she is amazing at creating a safe space for you to feel seen and heard. She is a great, careful listener and creates actionable steps to get you to where you want to go.
She’s also built an incredible framework with an abundance of resources while cultivating a beautiful community of creative, ambitious and compassionate individuals in the studio.
I am beyond grateful every day to have met (by chance) and then chosen Ellina as my life coach and ultimately join CLDS.
Having Ellina is a sure supernova-like addition to your support system.
