My wife and I have rented from Cridom for years. We stayed for years at Le Cartier. We have always found the condos to be exactly as described. They are always clean and quiet. They have a nice pool and also laundry rooms on each floor for your convenience. The condos are also very safe. No one can enter the building without a fob or meeting someone staying there. Both properties are convenient to Publix, Walgreens, CVS the beach and many fine restaurants.

We’ve recently started staying at Marina Bay Club. It is on the water and is a great spot to stay. It is the nicer of the two properties mentioned but the extra money for rental is well worth it. Beautiful units with the water view can’t be beat.

The team at Cridom has always been so helpful at each step of our rentals. They will do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un merveilleux condo à Sunny Isle. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été impressionné par la propreté impeccable du condo. J'ai rarement vu un niveau de propreté aussi élevé dans un logement de vacances. Le condo était aussi complètement équipé pour nos journée de plage. Enfin, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service fourni par l'équipe de Cridom. Ils étaient toujours disponibles et prêts à aider, répondant à toutes mes questions et besoins avec un sourire et une attitude positive. Que ce soit pour des recommandations de restaurants locaux ou pour des conseils sur les sites à visiter, leur assistance a été inestimable.

Three of us stayed at one of their two bedroom
properties in April 2024. The place was clean, spacious, and ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach. Cridom was very responsive and able to solve any of our requests within an hour. Special shout out to Jacqueline who consistently helped us during our stay. Overall a great experience, apartment, and management company who made our stay in sunny Florida even that much better!

Appartement propre et personnel soucieux de répondre à nos interrogations. L’appartement était très bien équipé pour la plage : plusieurs jouets de plage, boggey, glacière avec ice packs, parasols et chaises de plage. Très pratique !
