I was approved for a house. Someone broke into it and took the wiring out and A/c unit. I didn’t find out until the day I was supposed to move in. I had the U-Haul and movers. A month goes by I call to check on it, nothings changed. I view another unit that the lady at the front desk said had no applications it. I came back after viewing it and told her I would like to put to deposit down on it because she said my application could be moved to another unit do to the situation that happened with my 1st unit. She said she’ll have to speak with the landlord. I waited 2 days still no call, so I decided to check on the status, and she said someone put the the deposit down (on an unit with no applications?) I was totally confused. The communication at this company is 0 of out 10. It’s not like I spend my hard earn money on the application fee and took time out of my day to view the units. I’m not sure what the problem is here, but they need new management or need to do some training because the unprofessionalism in this company is unacceptable.

Provides management for an out of state slum lord. Helps to encourage this. For a home town business,to allow out of staters to treat in-town residents. With such disrespect and disdain. Is hostile. Poor communication, improper billing. Bill padding. Etc. I do no like this company at all. The maintenance guy call asked for my address. Because the property address they had listed. Didn't exist. I have been awaiting a return call from someone in management for the last 3 days. Metro management. Is what they are called daily management on app portfolio. Just Horrid. Any and all business dealing I have had with them, is sub Parr to say the least.
Had to call in to pay for repairs on my own kitchen sink to which. Had been broken since before the company took over. Overall rating -1

After communicating to extended our lease by one month, they folded on the agreement and gave us 48 hours to leave the property after living there for 4+ years. Still won’t contact about lost packages. Never rent from them

I truly regret leasing with this rental group, my experience has been more than terrible, and I can't wait for my lease to end. The apartment I am renting was nowhere near move in ready and has been a nightmare since day 1. It is a challenge to get anything fixed or to get in touch with anyone in charge to do so. I was incredibly excited about renting my first apartment and sadly it has turned into anything but. I haven't felt at home not once in the four months of renting because of how unkempt, gross, and stressful my experience has been.

Been living n unit for 4 years they let a tenant move n under me an they have been harassing me kept asking them emailing them to help me out with out an they did nothing for 8 months until I had to sefend myself the lady is Very disrespectful she told me she didn’t have time for this they do not handle situations when a nieghor harasses you .. they don’t care they ladies response to me was this is not downtown we are not the police …. Very unprofessional I feel very discriminated against as a black woman

I lived in the same place for two years because of location. When I first signed, the condition of the condo was sad. There were things from the previous tenants left as well as nothing had been swept or cleaned. We waited a week to move in because they said they were going to clean it. When moving day came around, the only thing that was different was the strong smell of Clorox in the bathroom but the toilet hadn't even been cleaned. We took photos for proof. My roommate moved out a year later and it took her over 4 months to receive her deposit back which they never even came to check if she had cleaned. Every time we had to call Doris, the front desk lady, for something she was always so clueless. My second year went by and we didn't really have any problems except for the persisting leak in the laundry room that was dry rotting the laundry room roof. When we all moved out this August, we cleaned and scrubbed everything. It has now been three months since and we've been calling about our deposit. Today, Doris tells us we aren't getting it back due to dirtiness and leaving things behind. Beyond disappointed with this company.

Never met a management group that lacks this much empathy. If you ask for the bare minimum of effort on their part, they will get annoyed and try to avoid taking responsibility for their low quality service. The maintenance people are very nice people, but no one else here is.

I moved into my apartment with so many issues that it took several months for them to even get 75% of it done, because they will do what they can to avoid fixing the problems.

Do not rent from these people.

Owners beware - don't do business with this company. I could go on and on as to the reasons why, however, rest assured they are the absolute worst, and we've used four management companies in Louisville. Another property owner unfortunately had the same experiences as me.
