Deyfra is an amazing property manager!

Four years ago I hired Deyfra as my property manager for my Florida rental property.

She stepped in as my property manager at a very difficult time, in the midst of a large conflict with my tenant.
My renter had unintentionally set my rental apartment's kitchen on fire and portion of the appliances and cabinets had to be replaced. At this point, I was no longer able to talk to my renter as all communications would turn into a fights and was already reaching out to lawyers in order to mediate all the needed repairs. Surprisingly as Deyfra stepped in to manage my property, lawyers were no longer required, and she was able to effectively mediate this conflict and to achieve all the desired results while keeping both my tenant and I happy.

Once the renter covered all the repairs, she continued to rent from us for another three years, only thanks to the relationship Deyfra had developed with her during this difficult time. Hands down, Deyfra is an outstanding conflict mediator and she knows how to handle any challenging situations with politeness and diplomacy, she is a good listener and she also communicates effectively in person and in writing keeping everyone happy.

Moreover she also makes sure that everything else runs smoothly, that repairs are fixed, that association needs are met, and that my renters are happy at the premises. She is also detailed oriented, very organized and follows up on any pending items while keeping me well informed. She makes the property management process seem so seamless, so much that I no longer worry about long distance-property management because I am confident it is in excellent hands.
