To start with, we have rented 2 different times with DuPont Management (Highbridge). The first time was for about 5 years. We were very happy with DuPont and only left because of some personal things we needed to attend to. Could not believe when we left that we received the full deposit amount back. That was a real surprise.

During the first 5 years we always had very punctual service calls.
Maintenance people were courteous and did a good job. They always fixed or replaced anything that was needed .. from an AC unit to facets.

We were gone for a little over 1 year. Now we have been here again for over 2 years - at another unit maybe 150 feet from the prior unit.

I can only say that over all it has been the same....very good service and courteous maintenance people. Good job and keep it up.

I am changing my review from 5 star to 1. I am extremely upset. I have lived there for 2 years and have been a great tenant. We were never once late on rent and took very good care of the property. We moved from Wichita to salina, and upon moving did a very thorough clean of the property. I bought new stove pans, deep cleaned the stove and the fridge. We also payed to have the property professionally carpet cleaned. I was billed today for all of that and more. Now, no one will answer the phone or return messages. Natalie, never responds or answers. Definitely be ware. IT is disgusting that good tenants can be treated so poorly.

Very timely when it comes to maintence. Have had the fridge replaced and the AC repaired in our rental by them. They didn't charge extra or make us wait. They respond within hours and have somebody out there just as fast. Has been nice renting from them. Not too happy about having a $50 roommate fee applied to our rent even after the roommate left, though.

Having moved from a splendid townhouse in NYC six years ago, I returned to Wichita and saw all that was available in rentals. I settled into Cobblestone community on Birchwood, managed by Highbridge. It offered twice the space for the "more than fair" rent, than any other place in the city. PLUS...it offered beautiful grounds set on a generous lake frontage. To add to the benefits, the company takes care of the grounds and attends promptly to every maintenance issue if one arises. I intend to stay here indefinitely as I am as pleased as possible. If I were to rate the Management Company, it would not be shy of A+++. THE BEST VALUE IN WICHITA.

This is by far the WORST company to rent from!!!! I lived in one of their properties for a year, when I first moved in my water heater went out it look them 2 weeks to send someone out, then they couldn't even fix it when they did finally come out and had to send someone else out A week later. Then several months later my garage door broke it took them a month to come fix it, I kept having strays in my garage destroying my property and messing up my car. 3 months before my lease was up I got a new job and had to move out of town, I went in and asked how I should put in my 30 days notice, I was told a call and email would suffice by the lady in the office. So I called when I moved and it tooK 4 days to reach anyone in the office even though I waS calling well within business hours. When I finally did reach someone he said he would make the note and everything would be taken care of. About a week later I recieved a letter saying they found my residence abandoned and that i would be responsible for another months rent and all other bills pertaining to getting the house move in ready. When I called to speak to someone about this issue it took me another 3 days to get ahold of anyone in the office even calling within business hours. When I finally got ahold of someone the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me she's worked for the company 25 years and never had this problem and if I didn't pay lawyers would be involved and they'd be happy to take me to court. not being in a position to make court appearances I paid an extra months rent. Today I received the bill for "further expenses". They are attempting to charge me for the removal of a satellite dish that was on the house when I moved in, tiles in the entryway that were broken when I moved in, mowing the yard 3 times, and repairing blinds that were in perfect condition when I left. I have yet to be able to get ahold of anyone in the office (shocker there). if I were you id run far away from this rental compang, they will screw you over at every turn. Horrible, rude, and sneaky people. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Highbridge (Dupont) Mgt. have been great landlords. Whenever I have had a maintenance problem, they have fixed it within 24 hours of notification. Their repairman is efficient and polite and always shows up when scheduled. The property is always kept up and a pleasant place to live.

When it comes to maintaining a community one would want to live in, they have absolute no clue what they are doing. Our apartment has constant mice, our heating/air is through the roof thanks to a broken fireplace and tenants and their freeloading guests can park where ever they please without any assistance or or show of concern from the non-existent management.

If I were you, I would take my hard-earned $$ and rent elsewhere.

I have been waiting outside the door to deposit my rent check for 15 minutes. No sign is posted outside the door indicating that anyone is gone for lunch. I have called every employee in the directory and not a single one will answer. After waiting for a long time, I noticed through the door glass that someone is inside so I started knocking on the door. I have been knocking for 5 minutes and no one will answer. This business is unprofessional and is not concerned with customer service whatsoever. I will be avoiding this company in the future.
