If I could give zero stars I would...Durham is terrible at communicating any changes to route to the schools to let parents know. When you call they don't pick up the phone and when the school calls they leave them on hold forever...its a ridiculous thing for elementary kids to change their route completely without letting the school or parents know and kids getting home over and hour later than normal! It's scary as a parent to not know what's going on let alone calling the school and they know nothing as well

Absolutely rude customer service, if and when you can talk to someone. Disrespectful communication when inquiring about something.
Unreliable route times, and even with the bus tracking app they can't provide routes, times, or stops.

Horrible service, they forget they work for students and parents. Laura is very rude and unprofessional not helpful at all. Ask to speak with her manager and I was placed on hold for 10+ minutes call answered, dead silence, sent to voicemail. Call again and the same situation happened. It’s unfortunate that our kids are ridding with such an unprofessional establishment.

Never answer the phone, never communicate change in routes, always late, and just the worst service imaginable. You'd think they'd care a little bit more considering they are dealing with children.

This is the worst busing service I have ever experienced if you have a special needs kids you might at well not even try to get a bus for your kid it’s ridiculous I have been trying for a week to get my kid on the bus and they just play games or leave you on hold I sat on hold for over 30 mins

This bus app doesn't work if your not going to change it on the app when that bus break down. Am also tired of the bus coasting through doesn't stop at the corners or houses kids out waiting in the house because we have dogs attacking them because we have irresponsible dog owners out here the kids don't want to get bit so they wait inside. The bus driver doesn't stop when your kids wait by the door because they don't want to get bit. Re train your driver or get different management who knows what they're doing

These are the most unorganized bus services I've ever dealt with. It really seems like they just pull random information out of thin air to give parents and teachers because nothing they say EVER coincides with what actually happens. We went to the "meet the driver" and was told that our bus arrived at 7:40 and when we showed up to the bus stop at 7:20 (just to be on the safe side) the bus was already leaving! Not to mention the bus driver was on the phone with the teacher giving her instructions to pass along to me on drop off, then proceeded to not follow those same instructions! The number on here doesn't even work!! Very disappointed in this bus service.

Zero stars! Management and drivers all need to be retrained. Drivers are always late with pickup and drop off. Management has no clue how to handle complaints or speak with parents.
