We had a very late night/early morning bus to catch from here and the staff were incredibly helpful both in the phone in advance of the time, then in person on the night.
Place was spotless and warm and we felt safe.
Credit to your city all of you.

One of the best bus station I have been. It's clean, quite and tidy. There is always someone to assist you. There are two entrances and two exits, one if from Elder Street and another from North St. Andrew Street.Where you can easily get Taxis. When I was there the toilets were free of charge.Locker service was very helpful however they were a bit overpriced. Information centre and the ticket counter were very nice and helpful.

When I got here it was quite. So in my experience Good and quite place. Loved it because I got locker space. Small bag 6£ . Medium 8£ . Large bag 10£. ( coins only) but good thing we can get coins on station. Public toilet but not free 😀 30p ..

The bus station is located just couple of minutes away from city centre. Calton hill is also walking from it.

It has Services for Edinburgh city, Glasgow, Inverness, Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee. Buses are classy and comfortable.

The bus station has good seating arrangement, 2 exits, good toilet facilities 24*7. Anyone can easily spend time waiting for a bus here due to good capacity of seats, cleanliness and helpful staff.

There was an information centre too. I reached early morning at 5.45am, and was there for 1 hour. The counter was closed that time.

101 to biggar,the bus had to wait 3 minutes from indicating to leave it's stance,then a security guard stopped it to let another 2 buses out so I had already lost 5 minutes. I am meant to get in 9 minutes before my connection but this is now a lottery. P.S. how long is the north st andrews street entrance/exit going to be shut. I was last in the bus station 10 days ago and it was shut then

My friend and I were here waiting to get flixbus to Newcastle. We went to the toilets,they are absolutely disgusting and need a good clean. The toilets dont even flush properly. The amount of people coming in and out surprised no one is ill..get them scrubbed .
