They are not friendly and they will hang up on you. Unfortunately I live in a community where my board choose them as our property management. If I were you I would run from them they do not care about the residents that live here.not only do they lie and tell you they will help. That is the opposite of what they do. They do not help and they will flat out lie that they are doing something when they do not help. Her is my window that they are not helping with.

I'm a realtor, and I encounter several management companies that just kind of wing it. NOT this guys especially Cortney he is always willing to help out and even goes the extra mile to make sure all questions are answered correctly. Cortney has helps me tremendously in a deal I have at the Manors of Inverrary. He has extensive knowledge and just a great guy to talk to, I definitely recommend to reach out to him if you have any questions.

I was told their hours were 9-4. I even called the day before and asked and I was told the same. I get there at 3:40 & even left early from work & come to find out they are closed. I don’t understand why I would be told 4pm if they don’t really stay opened until 4. I called the number listed on the window and someone answered my call and literally hung up on me. I called again, they answered and hung up again. One more time, same thing. I just don’t understand why it is so hard to stick to the time you “say” you close or simply answer the phone like you already did & say no one is in the office. This is extremely, Unprofessional and I am super upset. My condo complex has YET, to find a reputable management company. It’s a disappointment every single time. I also email them with a question 4 days ago and no one has yet to respond to me. All I needed was a pool key. It’s so hard to find good customer service!

As of 2mo ago, customer service is beyond poor, no-one seems to know how to execute the smallest tasks, as to getting a pool key, to a parking pass at our community property. You can leave messages upon messages and they don’t just get returned… the worst service.

My church hired this company and it was not a good decision at all. The unprofessional level was extreme. The owner spoke to our church board very disrespectful with no regard. He would not respect our requests and proceeded to do what he desired. We are in awwe at how he handled our account. Needless to say, we terminated the contract.
