It shouldn't even have 1 star, but you have to rate the company before you can leave a message. You can never get a hold of these people. They do not ever fix anything. You have to call code enforcement before they do anything. Then what does get fixed doesn't get fixed correctly. They will bug you about your rent and say you haven't paid when you have paid they just never looked in the box. This is the worst place to rent from. I wish I could find the person in charge of the company. I'm tired of having to deal with the people over this apartment they are not professional

Our townhouse association worked with Elite Management for 7 long months. The whole process was a mess from the start and only continued that way until all parties parted ways. One thing anyone needs to know is that they DO NOT have anyone locally in Lexington. The closet representative they have is a 40 minute drive and I believe the only one representing the entire state. The office address that is stated online for Lexington, nobody is there. Most of their team is stationed in Ohio and other departments in North Carolina. Our rep, I believe that she was truly overworked but everything she did was 'farmed' out to another person to get results. Sometimes you got results, sometimes you didn't. Most of the time you received nothing. There were minimum results produced in that 7 month time frame. We were constantly told that a transition take time, maybe months. How many months does it truly take? The board had to start doing things for themselves. We were contacting electricians, landscaping companies, gutter clean out companies, etc. We were told multiple times by the higher ups in Elite that we were wrong, stupid, and incompetent. We are a board. We are volunteers this is not our full time job but this is YOUR full time job. The last 7 months, this has become my full time job along with my paying job. We don't know what we are doing that is why we need help. But we needed results in a timely manner. Not months later. Both parties parted ways but before that money was taken from our account with no reasoning and the transition team that was supposed to help us didn't lift a single finger. The 'incompetent' board had to handle the transition process to a new management company who is based in Lexington and actually exist. Whoever you are looking for to manage your property, please look elsewhere and save yourself the heartache, headache, and stress that I had for 7 months.
