I have been on many Engelheim tours and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, on November 30 I went on a bus trip to Briercrest. Our bus was one hour late in arriving. We therefore missed the craft sale. The bus had no heat at the back and we froze. My friends seat was in a reclining position and was Broken and would not sit upright. The blind was missing completely from our window.The couple across the aisle had to put a rag in the air valve above them as it was broken and would not close. A number of the seats were torn, and the stuffing was coming out of them. When we left Caronport The bus doors were frozen shut. I would hardly call this a luxury coach. It was Bus #2. So maybe someone could have a look at this coach and give it a little TLC.

For Guy DeLorme specifically. Excellent ,understanding, friendly ,helpful....an awesome driver from Indian Head to Batoche and back. Elders bus with all that entails, and he was just a joy to share the experience with !

wonderful bus trip, the hostess Dawn and the driver were so good. don the driver helped my wheelchair bound sister at every stop, made sure her wheelchair was at the bus door at all times and Dawn kept us all entertained and took care of our every need, would certainly travel with this bus line again soon

They have very dirty buses. Don't maintain them very well. On one trip the whole cabin filled with dust and you could barely breathe in there. The driver didn't even stop to let people off to breathe.
