Recently, I also joined the FBM team and I can confidently say it's a great place to work. The environment is supportive and they care about their tenants and owners.

I recommend FBM if you're looking to rent or find someone to manage your portfolio.

The yard was well manicured in a way that we will be able to spend so much time outside!

I appreciated the patience provide while my family made several trips from Dallas to Corsicana and Ennis to decide on a home however, the transparency of this company was very much not there and it almost felt as if the admin I was working with did not have any interest in working with me. I felt that we would find something promising and was told that my partner’s application was all that was missing to move forward with the house we wanted just to be told the morning after the scheduled tour that the house was offered to another applicant and deposit was made. Mind you I called at 8:30am and the house was available then was told this at 9am. Then on top of that the house is STILL listed as available. I honestly feel that you all just push for the applications to be submit to profit off of fees and leave applicants in the dark. Very disappointed with the overall experience of applying through you all and would not recommend my friends or family. Aside from that the properties are left untouched as if there was not exit cleaning done or basic maintenance provided. I’ve listed several photos on one property that left me in disgust. Imagine trying to cook over that vent! Please take pride and time into your properties before allowing families to tour. It goes to show a lot about how much you all care about the up keep of the homes.

I am very thankful for their help and patience they provided with my family. Moving is stressful and they understand. Honesty and communication is key! Josh and Caitlyn were more than amazing! The receptionist was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable as well! They know their stuff and enjoy it! Which is what matters as well!

I have been renting through FBM Management for about a year now and the relationship has been as smooth as anyone can hope for being a new resident to the area! Located them online and was able to schedule viewing easy and the process was simple. The app they use to make my rental payments and submit maintenance requests is super easy to use. They have had someone respond to any issues that I have had. Everything has gone so well that I have found another property To upgrade to from them. FBM Management has been responsive and a pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing business with them in the future or at least until I decide it’s time to buy. Highly recommended.

FBM went out of their way to work with us and find a suitable replacement home in our budget and that fit our specific needs. I would use them again in the future.
