EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The Sr. property Manager does not return calls or texts in a timely manner, if they respond at all. Suncoast does not care about your property, all they care about is receiving your money. After looking at other 1 star reviews it appears to be a trend for suncoast, not a coincidence. Save yourself the time and money and go with another company!!! I have had such a bad experience with Suncoast, it will not stop here. I will also be filling a complaint with the BBB. This is not the wrong property management company. (Update to the response from suncoast. I was never offered a microwave of any sort for a counter top. It is pretty sad that a management company has to lie on top of poor customer service just to try to protect what little reputation it has left.)

I am so grateful for Tiffany Richmond at Florida Suncoast Property Management. She has been such a blessing for our family. Tiffany has been our taking care of us for over 5 years. During covid, like most homeowners, our landlord sold the house we were living in. Tiffany was able to find us a place to live in for a reasonable price within days of finding out about the sale of the home. She has always been there when we need her. I highly recommend Tiffany for all your Property Management needs. She is fantastic.

I’m very grateful for Tiffany and the work she did to find my family and I a place in the short time we had. Tiffany took are information details income, credit, pets etc and went in search and came up with a few options. The first one that really met our family needs we went and looked at and fell in love with it. Even while my husband was already visualizing how he would set the place up I still held my reservations for we still needed to get through all the application process. By some miracle or divine intervention when we needed it most we were approved for the rental property. I couldn’t believe it I had to keep checking with Tiffany and pinching myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. She worked with us on a move in date and kept us informed of total move in costs. We may have only be in this place for a month or so, but it feels longer than that. Tiffany did a fabulous job working her magic to find us a place. I’m not sure if she will be able to do that for everyone, but in the short time I got to know her I feel she sure as hell will try her very best for everyone. Thanks again Tiffany my family and I are so happy with this place we still can’t believe it!❤️

I have been renting from Tiffany for a little over a year, the few times something broke she was on it the same day! Someone was out to fix within hours!
She is pleasant and easy to communicate with! Just renewed my lease and dont think I would rent from anyone else!
I have heard about nightmares from others renting and had one of my own!
I recommend Tiffany and her team to anyone who wants to feel at home in their rental!!!

So me and my soon to be husband are moving into our first rental property and I cannot tell you how great Tiffany has been. Tiffany has been so understanding with our situation and really working and I mean really working to find a home for our family. I know we have bothered her plenty of times with stupid questions or only questions that first time renters would ask and she most definitely handled them with out an additude or annoyance,she was more than happy to walk us through everything.
