this system is incomprehensibly bad. buses constantly just *don't come* or go off route for no reason, buses will frequently be a full headway late, leaving you waiting twice as long as you should and then getting greated by the sight two buses that should be 15 or 30 minutes apart instead running minutes or seconds apart

it is utterly disgraceful, dreadfully underfunded, and completely mismanaged by fresno's ultra right, neoliberal, antisocial city council who hates poor people so much they made being homeless a crime

Good service..Cept for a couple things..

1. Route 45 really Sucks schedule and lateness wise!
It''s been really late. Like 30-An hour late! Something needs to be done about this. How about making the 45 route every 30 min like routes 9, and 28.
If a bus is late, people should not have to pay!! Specially if having to wait in the hot summer sun!

2.The Buses need some kind of safety feature to make sure bike riders ar e not hit by car while loading bikes on the racks from the drivers side of the bus. I have almost been hit by oncoming cars while trying to load my bike. Idea: What about stop signs like they have on school buses3. .

3. Some bus drivers really are rude! Ive been riding buses since i was a little kid, and have never experienced the rudeness that I experience from Drivers on FAX Buses!

They can't tell time?
8/27/2015 6:05am. Fresno Fax must not care about the people. Thanks to a driver that can't tell time, he made me late for work. I even left 45 minutes before I always do. And yet I now have been wanting for an hour. I saw 3 buses going to the other way. The call center was no help. What a waste of time. So thanks again Fresno fax, now I know why people don't respect your drivers. keep up the bad service.

I usually enjoy my bus rides but right now I'm very disappointed. Walked up to Van Ness Q station down town, bus just pulled up. I stepped to the ticket machine as people were getting off. As soon as people were off, the driver pulled forward to the crosswalk. The light was red. I had my ticket but the driver wouldn't let me on. Why would you pull up to the crosswalk when a lady with a cane is getting a ticket. Oh, yes the light turned green after I sat on the bench for 30 seconds. No civility.

The buses are rarely on time and stop running way too early. I feel like I should be able to get off work at 1030pm and take the bus home, but it stops by 7pm on weekends. Ridiculous. They could charge more for the bus if it was reliable and ran later, especially on weekends.

Pretty mediocre transportation system, if you ask me. Half the time, the bus is prompt and on schedule. The other half, the bus doesn't just show up late, it doesn't show up at all! I have to take a different route, which throws me off schedule, and I end up being late for work or just barely making it in time. I'm willing to pay money for a reliable system, but if the system isn't reliable, then what the hell am I paying for?!?

My review is regarding the Q. I cannot use a $6.00 change card to board the Q first thing in the morning. Apparently,I would need to have received a transfer ticket upon boarding a regular FAX bus, in order to show proof of payment. The change cards the regular buses issue is not acceptable payment to ride the Q. I would like to know how this improves service. Many people are now inconvenienced. I have both route 20 and 30 running in the A.M. by my house. With my change card my options to board are now reduced by 50%. No one cares how plush your buses are. It is more important to me to get to work in the morning.I am greatly disappointed that your Q has been more of a hassle then anything else.

Update: you guys seriously need to fix your schedules. Like even on your website. You guys be doing way little work. I know all you gotta do is drive around and all that. But some of us can't keep guessing. Wish I was in another city. At least they public transportation isn't all jankey

WORSE CITY TRANSPORTATION EVER. like how are u gonna cut bus 9 route on a weekend till 3 in the afternoon. Some of us g9t jobs and need to get across town. Even then your buses are never on time and the drivers are always rude.
