Been here for seven years I've seen at least seven different MGMT. And maybe five different Maintenance guys. The Rents gets raised every year with no repairs . Not to mention the homeless sleep under the stairs, Car's are stolen or broken into landscape use to be good not anymore. If it wasn't for the convenience of having a Grocery store, CVS, Smoke Shop and other convenience businesses. I would move I have Great Neighbors though.

This is a nice concept that the owners of the senior housing organization devised to partner with a property management company. However, the high turnover rate of property managers is because of the low pay that is offered. It would be beneficial to increase the pay, create salaries, staff property managers and leasing agents, both, especially at Smith-Williams and hire a skilled and knowledgeable social worker to float to locations to proactively check in on the residents and connect them to needed services. As a skilled social worker, I observed this need throughout this year and have made a few attempts to reach the Director of this company as well as the leader of the senior communities to discuss this dire necessity. Other striving senior resident programs have a social worker at each location.

Also, my condolences to the staff of Global and the residents at Smith-Williams in the transition of Theodis "Jay" Woodfaulk Jr. He was a beautiful soul. He shall be greatly missed.

Website is fine but this place can use a few upgraded everything.. as a former employee I will say it’s a very good environment as far as the space and opportunity but I wish the owner/owners would talk directly to staff and give up a few more dollars a Hour . I would also recommend having more activities for the kids and elderly…. Listen we don’t want to take over we just want to take part.. Well I can speak for me . The 2 Ts are well needed rt now.

I only put 1 star because, this rental company does not deserve it. Global Properties,is suppose to be a black owned corporation that provides oppertunities for african americans looking to make a difference. Instead this company is full of hate, disapointment,&, sadness. Its ran by a bunch of old bullies. Mean people woman especially with attitudes towards residents that unprofessional. Threatning residents with emergency evictions for simple things that can be fixed. Ethel Mea Fletcher Apts, is the worse and if ran by the managment they have now global properties will fall in near future
I the 1 star is only cause im a fan of,Frank Hawkins.
