This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life dealing with Goshen rentals. I took my $50 then I was told they couldn't help me because they no longer help people on section 8 after I payed them $50.
The guy up front Clay, Kim should be ashamed of themselves. They all work together and sucking people out of their money and in return they'll come back with we can't help you. Or we're no longer taking section 8. Save your money people please do not waste your time. Read the reviews for you give these people your money and that was one t I don't know who the owner is but they need to know that Kim and Clay is not running their business professionally. And whoever else is in on sucking people out of their money. Returning deposits

Please take heed to previous reviews. Submitted an application for a rental property and have not received any response in more than 3 weeks. Have left several voicemails and no response. According to the property management after submitting application and paying the application fee you receive a response within 5 business days. No response and only to notice the desired property is no longer available. Read many reviews about this company looking to take money and essence ghost potential clients. Again beware once bitten twice shy will never do business with this company again.

If you were considering renting or anything from Goshen, I will save you some heartache and stress, JUST DONT!!!

I could list all of the reasons why but I just don’t have the time and they don’t deserve any more of my energy. Their priority is making money and not the people who actually live in their homes. Whatever you do, don’t give this company your consideration or put the well being of your family in their hands.

We were there 5 years. We loved our house and our neighbors. However, if we wanted something fixed we had to do it ourselves. If we didn’t it was fixed worse than it was when it was broke.
We had to move quickly when we moved in. They said they understood that things had to be fixed and we trusted they would that. The carpets, even after cleaning professionally, reeked like pee. They said they needed changed and would take care of it. They never did.
Our dishwasher went out twice a new one was delivered, but I had to find someone to install them, and haul the old ones away.
They had the driveway and front porch redone. After the basement started leaking because they slapped the porch to the house instead of away from it.
We had problems with our electrical, we were told it was our responsibility. We had Evergy out who ran new lines, and electrician out 3 times and finally figured out it was the AC. We had $1,000 electric bills. When we called to get the right people out we were given a run around.
They put expanding foam in the bricks of our house that were separating because of the porch not being done right. We experienced dying birds screaming in the walls, and the smell for months.
We went on Month to month and moved out, we were told we still have to pay 3 months of rent plus damages.
Don’t walk away Run!! Unless you have the money to fix a house that belongs to somebody else…

Another BAD review for Goshen... be aware of what you are getting into before you rent from them. I believe they are under new management now which is worse then the last team they had! They charge these crazy outrageous fees now for everything including maintenance! Run and don't look back especially if you don't want to lose out on thousands of dollars!

8 years of renting from these slum lords and countless situations where I have been trying to restore the landscaping(not change it) 8 years of putting in work orders for them to take forever to get to them, 8 years of dealing with rediculous band-aid fixes and not a single complaint from me.

When my wife was pregnant, during summer we had an issue with the AC which continued on until after she had the baby before they finally decided to fix the issue.

We switched banks and Goshen wasn't recognized by our new bank, so the payment was returned. Upon noticing this, we called and were told to avoid any fees and such, we need to get a money order to them asap. Within a few hours we had a money order to them for the amount of rent as asked. They have been charging us late fees ever since.

Getting ahold of them means having to call them 20 or so times just to get them to answer the phone regardless of day or time. You have to put in work orders many times before they will finally do anything.

Slum lords. Do not do business with these people
