If I could give ZERO stars I swear I would! Unfortunately the NP & the front office staffs I have experience is great but OMFG that horrible prescriptions department, back office staff & Mira the Oncall person. They have made my experience there HELL. I have only been there just a few months & I hated it with a passion. Since dealing with them I have had to wait 2 different times each time with an almost 20-30 days gap in between my pain medication. Currently dealing with 2 torn rotator cuffs in 1 arm & a tear in the other. Let’s not talk about if the pharmacy calls them to request ANY information to help with getting your medication to you they don’t return call not even to them. I have never felt like a $ sign in my life until transferring to here. Please avoid this company at all cost until they staff realize your part of the reason their salaries are being paid. I’m in the medical field as well & best believe I am a patient advocate!

Very supportive and professional physicians and staff. Extremely confident in their expertise and treatment plan for my condition. Dr. Choudhri and Dr. Burgess are compassionate and knowledgeable. I had my 3rd visit with Dr choudri today,she is amazing,she is sincerely concerned with my issues and is doing everything in her power to give me relief and to improve,she is by far the best pain management Dr I have ever been too,very professional and speaks with you about you issues and her future plan for you,her staff is the same from the front desk to checking out after you are finished,but there is one of her staff that has really gone above and beyond to follow thru with things after your appointment,big props to Angel,I would refer them to anybody and everybody,they are the best

This was my first visit, it took very long to complete the paperwork of 22 pages.
Dr. Burgess was very helpful, listened very carefully to all my concerns and issues and in my first visit he already gave me a treatment plan for my chronic pain issues in my cervical areas, Shoulder, arm and both the knees. I am pretty impressed.

Everything went nice and smooth. I was in there no more than an hour. That's the way it should be. The staff are all so kind and understanding. They help you anyway they can. Especially if ur having a bad day. I recommend Dr. Choudhri to anyone in pain.
