I've used this company for nearly a decade at this point, and they used to be great. Cody's a friendly guy and knows what he's talking about. About 3-4 years ago he decided to merge his business with two other companies, and ever since then it has steadily gone downhill.

We used to use them for regular mowing of about 1 acre. For the past 2-3 years we kept finding issues because they "try to do more" without ever telling us what they are going to do, such as using herbicide to spray our flower-beds and kill our plants, or try to trim our plants only to damage our sprinkler system and not repair it (and trim off too much damaging the plants), or to mow areas we never told them to mow.

Recently I decided to try and bid out a landscape job and was told 2-3 weeks for them to begin, and since I've used him before, I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and trust him. He gave me his bid and I accepted - this was on the first week of April.

To make a long story short, we're nearly in June and he can't even commit to that month now. I turned down two other bids and regret my decision, and Cody's only response is..."if you can't wait, we can cancel." Wow...

I dunno if he's stretched too thin, doesn't care any longer, or if it's a combination of both, but due to all the issues and just his lack of empathy, I can no longer recommend his services.

EDIT: To Cody's response about me not reaching out...I did, and I waited two weeks and never got a reply. And frankly I'm just...fed up and exhausted with him. Why should I have to chase him down just to get an answer? He's def not on top of things right now.
