Crazy how you can go two days & have reached out via text or “their portal” you need to use to so badly about not working plumbing and you hear nothing back. But yet if you forget to make a payment and make it late due to being in the hospital or being sick(only two late payments in my 3 years in the apartment) they can by the 3rd day go print a paper to tape to your door but you haven’t had a working toilet in 2 days. But they got time to print and tape that to the door but not even schedule or reply about a maintenance issue yet they also got their payment and late fee.

After touring 1 property, it's clear the kind of business they are. Just another company snatching up properties they'll continue to let fall apart just to rake in easy money. Greedy.

This place sucks with every aspect of work they do.
Was never late on rent was never destructive or anything and yet got kicked out so they can do renovations to the property. We'll even after leaving (still paid rent) they reported late fees and other bs. (Now fighting that on my credit report) Was there idea to remove me and my family on 7 and gave us 60 days to be out and still managed to figure out how mess up things even further. And also I know the family that moved into this home it looks exactly the same inside exactly the same and outside the huge deck was removed in place of a small porch and rent is managed to go up 600 dollars a month.

This place cares nothing about you or your family.

Management is unprofessional. They are not capable to resolve any issues in an appropriate way. I have called before with no answer and in return they email me instead. Lisa, who is head manager is very difficult and sometimes “does not want to discuss this any further” as she puts it.

Management is terrible you can never talk to anyone they don't want to fix anything you put in a request it will get Canceled Cancelled by Lisa that stays on the property Not a get place to live Beware especially if you get one on the bottom.You get what you pay for LOL😡
