August of 2023 Harvest property management asked to complete jobs for them. We did the work and they have refused to pay for the jobs that we have did. It has been 10 months now and still refusing to pay. We are out ~$700 on this. I will update this review if this changes.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Harvest Property Management. Their level of communication was abysmal, leaving me frustrated and uninformed throughout my entire tenure with them. From the very beginning, their onboarding process was disorganized and chaotic, with no clear direction or support provided.

One of the major issues I encountered with Harvest Property Management was the lack of resources and tools available to assist me in my responsibilities. It was incredibly frustrating to constantly struggle with outdated systems and inadequate support, making it nearly impossible to effectively carry out my duties.

To make matters worse, Harvest Property Management made false promises that they failed to fulfill. I was given assurances of certain benefits and opportunities that never materialized, leaving me feeling deceived and let down. It was evident that they did not prioritize their clients' needs or value their trust.

Perhaps the most egregious offense was their complete lack of a structured process or clear direction. It was like navigating a maze blindfolded, with no guidance or support from the management team. This lack of organization and leadership created a chaotic and unproductive work environment, further exacerbating the already frustrating circumstances.

To add insult to injury, Harvest Property Management even mishandled my payroll, resulting in incorrect payments and an ongoing debt owed to me. This blatant disregard for financial responsibilities is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism on their part.

In conclusion, my experience with Harvest Property Management was a complete nightmare. Their poor communication, disorganized onboarding, lack of resources and tools, false promises, absence of processes, and failure to handle basic financial matters correctly have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Harvest Property Management to think twice and explore other options.

I love the staff at Harvest. They are professional, courteous and have always helped in any way they could help. They are always on top of matience issues and always keep the grounds nice, neat and clean. Harvest property Management are definitely one of the best if not the best Management teams out here. You would be lucky to have them.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company at any capacity. They scam their contractors out of their paychecks without any regard for how underbid and squashed down their timeframe is. They ripped me off 900 on a 1300 bid over a job that should've taken 7 to 8 days minimum to get it right and was pushed to less yet the desired quality wasn't met and I had one extra day to finish before the deadline which they claimed at the time was Friday. 2 days from when I left to prepare for a funeral and could've been contacted sooner than thee FOLLOWING WEEK. Their ignorance in not realizing the whole place needed primed. and not even a phone call just handing me 400 after CALLING THE COPS ON ME FOR DEMANDING TO BE PAID, on a bid that'd be 2k anywhere else. Scammers. Trust fund babies. That's all they are. I will get my money or satisfaction. Bet on it. Take my advice..AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Looks like they’ve lost most of their portfolio in Wichita and Springfield Mo. in the past year. They earned it. I drove by one of the complexes they took over that I used to run and was appalled at how poor it looked compared to when I was there. I can’t say I was surprised. They come in and fire all the experienced staff and think they can do better. E tu Brute.

We have been very pleased with how professional Harvest Property has been with us. Our business resides in one of their buildings and whenever we have had an issue they are quick to respond and communicate with us until it is resolved. Good people, always a pleasure to speak with any of them.

Beware of this property management company. They’ve just notified of a 71% rental increase. That’s right, they’re almost doubling their rental cost on an apartment in Springfield MO. Doing this in an economy where people are already struggling and facing mass layoffs. What a despicable level of greed.
