I would not wish my worst enemy to rent from these people. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The deck in our backyard was completely rotted and a friend of ours actually stepped through the deck at two places. When they sent contractors out to repair the deck, they only replaced the two boards that were broken, even though the contractors said the whole deck was falling apart and needed repaired. From that point on we didn’t feel safe using our back door, which opened out onto the deck.

They also refused to give our security deposit back even though we left the house in great condition. When I asked for an itemized receipt, they listed things like “$5 for tightening screw in door handle” among other ridiculous things.

Also, notice that all of the positive reviews are from contractors or other property owners. I don’t see a single positive review from tenants. Please keep that in mind.

There are many many more reasons I could list here. But AVOID THIS RENTAL PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!!

EDIT: since I’m unable to respond directly to the owners reply, I’m adding photos showing the “extensive damage” we caused. The owner did not provide pictures or give us an invoice of the repair work.

As a young future investor in real estate, I sent an introductory text to Harvey personally and he called me back within 5 minutes of my text and answered questions I had about real estate. He was very personable and could tell he cared about the future generation and someone who was just curious. Somebody that would do that for an individual would do that for his personal clients.

Christiana here, stopping by to give HPM the praise he deserves. He helped me get into a home QUICKLY when I was forced to move out of my home. Not only that, the process was quick & flawless, & we passed inspection the FIRST time. I had him prior to moving in my new home for years & it was great having him as a landlord. I immediately looked for a new one under HPM. Repairs get done quickly, next day, and sometimes same day if put in early enough. For me personally if it isn’t a Harvey Property in Marion County, I don’t want it. Seriously guys this landlord/property management is AMAZING. Rent with Harvey, you won’t regret it!!!! 😉

I have been extremely happy with Harvey's service. I was originally with another management company that was based out of Detroit and without going into detail, suffice to say I had all kinds of issues and they weren't meeting my expectations. After calling around to various property management companies and realtors in the Indianapolis area, Harvey came highly recommended as someone who was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He immediately went to work making things right with my tenant, who had been extremely unhappy with the previous management company. Since then it has been smooth sailing. I am active duty military and I live on the west coast. Its reassuring knowing that Harvey has me covered. I like the fact that I can get him on the phone whenever I have questions. He is very personally involved in the day to day operations of his company, and always makes himself available to his clients. I have never had a hard time getting in touch with him, which gives me great peace of mind in my investment. Thanks Harvey!

Harvey Property Management has done a tremendous job with our property. Being out of state investors you hear horror stories and on a lesser note, you may not get the communication you desire. Harvey and his team are in constant contact and I have not had to wait more than half a day to get a response, if not sooner. To make sure I wasn't dealing with a Morris/Oceanpointe situation (Google if you don't know) I went to visit my property. I met Harvey's crew (Charlie, Christian and Ryan) They were all very knowledgeable and respectful. They did a great job on the rehab and kept the site clean. You can tell all the staff members have great passion for providing their tenants with good places to live while maximizing their investors profits. If you need a good management company, I'm sure you can find one in Indy, if you want/need a GREAT management company, call Harvey!

I have dealt with Harvey Property Management Group LLC, and Harvey personally for over 3 years now. Harvey had agreed to represent me knowing I had a very difficult portfolio to manage. Despite it all, he was transparent, honest and forthcoming.

Throughout the years, his team have been extremely communicative in keeping me updated, and Harvey always took the time to call me when I had questions.
