Erica is great, knowledgeable, fast on her feet, always answer my calls/text. I do hope she'll stay longer because manager/director turnover rate is pretty high with Healy. And with PM companies the manager makes a huge difference (Shawn and Betty are awesome too), not super crazy about the owner though.

Healy Property Management has gone above and beyond for my needs. The culmination of my relationship with them was in a seller finance closing on one of my properties. Erica, who is incredibly responsive, along with her team (Shawn, Helena), were engaging, non-evasive, and timely to this closing. This was very important to me being that my tenant was great and I wanted to close out with them on a high note. I found out the buyer had a day of closing challenge that would possibly derail the entire deal. Erica researched and guided the buyer through the steps so that they could close as scheduled minutes before closing. This was important to me as this closing was contingent for another deal I was executing. I don't think many management companies would do this on the back end of the business relationship. Erica is an incredible manager and Healy PM should be excited to have her (as well as Shawn). I highly suggest them for your property management needs.

Omg, I just can’t with them .
I have lots and lots of complaints…
They just don’t care at all tbh, and to make things worse ? They don’t have their own management people so they have to hire outside contractors and it takes days for them to arrive…
I had my ac not working for 3 weeks, and when I would put in the work order ? They will send an email saying they notified the contractor and WE have to contact them so they can come and they do but within 2-3 days. Keep in mind the ac stopped working in the summer which it would go high as 107 degrees and had a 6 month old at the time
And also, there is a door on the side of the apartment which leads for the bedroom/kitchen windows and we were up at 12am and saw someone walk by which was really scary… the next day came home and there was a homeless person outside my bedroom window… called the office and they said “call the police because we can’t do anything about it”
And I told the rude lady in the office to have someone come and lock it and they never did.

I found Healy Property Management to be unhelpful, unresponsive, and, at times, rude. Just a word of warning to other renters--do your research and look elsewhere. (also many of these five-star reviews are written by their own employees, you can tell with a quick google search)

Words cannot describe how amazing these people are as someone who moved from Cali to Texas I couldn't have been more lucky to stumble upon these people Erica Lauren and Shaun are 3 of the most wholesome and wonderful people I am blessed to have been able to interact with they answered all of my ten thousand and one questions not once did they express frustration or any resentment to how often I'd call and ask or double check on specific things and they were able to help me find the perfect home for me and my animals and to the people looking at this thinking if they are worth the call and your business I can say verily that THEY 1000% ARE!!!

Was very excited to find this property that suited my roommates and I perfectly. Our applications were all approved, we paid our deposit, and had a verbal agreement on a 6 month lease BEFORE we even mentioned applying. As soon as they received our $2400 deposit, they started to pester us about why we needed a 6 month lease, and then stated they were considering just taking the house off of the market. This whole process took about a month, and they completely wasted our time. Because we paid our deposit, we assumed that the house was ours, and were waiting on them to send us the lease to sign. Now they still have our money, we don't have the house, and we have a week to find a different place to live. So unprofessional, and such sketchy business practices. I am very surprised that this place has good reviews, we were wrong to look at that and trust it.
