I think the company is really messed up they are firing people because of a system the company put in place and they're penalizing people because that system it's not allowing employees to do their job properly ,not to mention the fact that I happen to know of a person that was fired the day before Thanksgiving by this company really giving the impression that all you are is just a number to them and when you're usefulness is used you are done I for one will make sure that I find other places not run by hero or their affiates to take my children to, even one of their IT personnel for hero have said that the system is flawed it has not even come close to doing the job that hero the company was promised that system would do and they're holding their employees at the call center accountable for it , it's unfair because they claim to be concerned with the well-being of families but then they have no problem turning the parents of those same families out into the street, tis the season for giving...pink slips, apparently they are wanting to close the Colorado springs location...sucks that the "bottom line" is more important than the families you claim you want to help

Any employee that was originally trained using "dial pad" don't be surprised if your managers start the three-step termination process step 1 tell an employee that their performance has declined and make them sign a document putting them under probation for anywhere up to 6 months based on that poor performance step two is where they micromanage you every step of the way they make you feel as if every single thing that you do is wrong or that you didn't think far enough ahead and then step three is when they fire you all of this is going to happen now that they're using the "nice" o.s. all employees were given at least a week's worth of training under the old system the new system was put in place over a weekend and no formal training was given yet the employees are expected to not only know the system and perform their job no different than they did on the previous system but if they don't if they fail to perform no different than before the new system was installed you will be terminated I don't feel that's fair contractor not wrongful termination is wrongful termination

Hero is committed to providing quality Eye and Dental care to their patients. I have brought my own children and was impressed by the caring their providers gave to my family and was happy about the efficiency of the office. It seemed like every step of the way someone was happy to greet and instruct us in the next step. I will be returning here for our follow up care. Thank you Hero!

I couldn't be more proud to work for them. Every year we get thousands of underserved kids get the dental and vision care they need and otherwise wouldn't receive. And it's a great place to work. This is the only job I've ever actually liked.

This place sucks! Look elsewhere, this is a horrible place to work for, all they’re looking for is to treat you like a slave, and create a hostile toxic environment, they take away your bonus’s AND they don’t care about the workers, all they care about is bringing patients in, and draining them out of there money. Look elsewhere! It’s a whole red flag!!!

I know someone who worked for the company and was fired because she reported they office manager wrong doings , to his supervisor....BAD FOR BUSINESS 😩
