I have lived in a Highbridge Management rental since May 2016. They have been good to work with. Brent, the owner, has been attentive to my needs and has provided additional accessories I needed, and Courtney, the manager, has been exceptional in addressing any issues that have come up. Courtney gets right back to me when I call. She is diligent, ethical, kind, and gets right on any issues I have had. The home was clean and well maintained when I moved in, has remained so. Highbridge has paid attention to furnace, plumbing, and trees specifically when I have called for help.

They do everything in their power to make sure you don't get your deposit back. They over charge for the slighest infraction on your move out inspection, knowing full well that the walls can't be cleaned because the paint they use comes off when you try to clean it. Stains in the carpet that were there when you moved in and they want you to pay for new carpet. Then they say this is what their venders will charge them when they have their own maintenance crew to do the work. I highly recommend that no one ever rent from them.

I rented from Brent and his team for almost 2 years. I was a bit nervous when I started reading the reviews. Prior to moving out, I mowed, filled holes in the walls, repainted, cleaned the carpet, and replaced the blinds. My mind was blown when I received my entire deposit after moving out. While renting from Highbridge, they were very responsive to all repairs, and requests. There was a large dead tree in the backyard and I was concerned it would fall on my RV. He quickly hired people to come take it down which must have cost more in total than my rent over the time I stayed there. The maintenance guy is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond his job by providing me advise for saving money with water and guidance on projects I had around the house. Thank you guys!

I have been renting from Highbridge Management for about 15 years. Brent (The owner) and all of the ladies in the office have been nothing but kind and very, very helpful with everything! They will take care of you and their properties are well kept. Maintenance is awesome! Anytime I've called they are there asap and have no problem fixing or replacing things.

Courtney was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her and the Highbridge team. In FOUR years EVERY maintenance issue; the few I had, no matter the size, were dispatched promptly the very same day and were dealt with in a professional manner. The maintenance portal and via email, my requests were taken care of immediately. Courtney also submitted all requirements for a water bill credit on my behalf. I would rent from this organization again and highly recommend them! Thank you Team Highbridge!

One of the most scummiest companies I've ever rented from. If I could give negative stars I would. Calls are never answered after your first week of living there. They don't clean a thing when you move in, just look into the vents that're clogged with hair and dirt, holes in the walls that're noticeable. I have a friend who lives at one of the houses (kept clean) had an infestation of mice as it got colder and that goes against health regulations. The moveout fees were unacceptable. They seriously will try to charge you for already clean objects like a fridge, blinds, a lawn the was mowed the day before. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO TAKE IT TO THE CITY AS THEY NOT BE ABLE TO ROB YOU OF YOUR DEPOSIT!!! They leave you unaware of anything that might turn your head from renting and act like the nicest people until move in. Disgusting, I can't say it enough.

At 1st the company was great, always responding to emails and getting repairs done. But soon after they stopped responding or ignored any/all emails. The admin was extremely rude and would ignore calls if she knew you were a "problem" tenant. I never wanted to contact them.

The location I rented was bought by another rental agency. If High Bridge still has rental properties, I don't recommend anyone rent from this company.

Do NOT rent from this company! I had a very hard time getting in touch with anyone at the office. I had to call 2 different numbers. I met with Tom to do a showing and was given an application to complete. He said the office is closed due to COVID and to drop the app off in the office's drop box along with the app fee and deposit. He told me to call when I dropped it off so that he would come get it. I called him the next day to see if I could meet with him in person because I didn't feel comfortable leaving a large amount of money in an office dropbox where no one is working + I wanted to keep my info(SSN, DL, etc) safe. I called multiple times and received NO response or call back. The property was clean and nice, but if management is hard to reach and are unresponsive, what's the point? I left him a voicemail explaining my concerns and told him I was no longer interested. Such POOR communication and absolutely NO professionalism. I hate to think if I would've left my app and money in that building, I would've lost my money and compromised my info for NOTHING. I dodged a BIG bullet with them! PLEASE PLEASE find another company to rent from!
