Renting the property was a just fine experience. I paid my rent and carried on about my business as I feel that I’m a pretty solid tenant. Not a single complaint into the office outside of not having my trash cans for the first month or two. I rented 3 properties while living in CO. One private rental, and two with property management involved.

This company I would never recommend to rent with because of the move out process. Emails are slow to receive a response. I paid $250 out of pocket to have the carpets cleaned and then had a $400 cleaning fee and $285 handyman deduction from my security deposit of which I still haven’t received and I moved out August 22. They will indeed take their full 60 days to return whatever they’re going give you.

And for reference, my last property manager waived my cleaning fee because of how well I cleaned the property myself prior to moving out which I do in order to receive my full deposit on purpose. There’s no way that the property required that deep of a clean after only 1yr of renting especially with the carpets being cleaned prior to. Highest point is synonymous with crooks.

Highest Point Reality: A Total Nightmare—Avoid at All Costs!

Dealing with Highest Point Reality for the past three years has been a constant struggle. Their customer service is horrendous—rude employees, zero communication, and an unresponsive staff that seems determined to ignore their clients. It’s as if they’re running a contest on how to avoid helping anyone!

I've faced a slew of issues, from me having to send multiple follow up emails and phone calls to get a clear answer on anything, to completely absent property management. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I posted an honest review about my awful experience. The manager called me, threatening legal action if I didn’t remove it! They actually said they would withhold the money I was owed from the tenant and expect me to pay for their lawyer fees. Unbelievable!

This is NOT how a reputable business operates. They care more about their image than providing decent service. Their behavior is both unethical and intimidating, leaving me feeling powerless and frustrated.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shady company. There are plenty of property management companies out there that actually care about their clients. Do your research and find a company that treats you with the respect you deserve!

Holly is an amazing property manager. She’s always so friendly and attentive of any needs we may have. I’ve lived in apartments where maintenance requests went unanswered and ignored. My husbands and myselfs experience with Highest Point Reality has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been dealing with them for three years, and their incompetence and unprofessionalism have been consistently frustrating.

From an unresponsive staff to threats directly from the manager or employee, their service has been consistently subpar. To make matters worse, when I dared to share my honest feedback in a review, the manager threatened legal action. They not only refused to acknowledge my concerns but also threatened to withhold money owed to me and charge me for their legal fees.
This is unacceptable behavior from any business, let alone a property management company. Their blatant disregard for their clients' well-being is a clear indication of their unethical practices.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly urge you to avoid Highest Point Reality. There are countless other property management companies that offer far superior service and treat their clients with respect. Do your research and find a company that actually cares about your needs…

I worked exclusively with Holly at Highest Point. She was quick to reply when something needed to be fixed at our house and was extremely understanding and easy to work with. We had a tree fall on our house after a wind storm and Holly was quick to get tree removal and window repair service out to our house. I have read several other reviews and did not encounter any of the negatives that were described. I highly recommend working with Highest Point. We loved living at one of their properties.
