I have a broken water line in the common area of Brookfield edition. Water has been flooding the area and flowing down the street for weeks. This is city water in the middle of a drought with mandatory water restrictions.
I have called for several weeks. No one will pick up the phone, return a phone call or help me resolve this issue. I have left my address, phone number and explained the issue in detail.
I am blown away by the negligence and lack of care. I’m sure they will write a nice response on here though.

What do I have to do to get you guys to call me back. My husband and I have left multi voicemails and receive a single call back with the person saying they couldn’t answer any questions and that they would call back…. I’m assuming she has come and gone like the rest of the property managers?

Not sure what they're doing to help with the neighborhood. Lack of return calls....sprinklers haven't been on all year. Dead grass.....ridiculous! Other people can leave trash cans out, but I get a letter about leaving mine out. Basketball goals left in the street constantly. Definitely moving out of this Bel Aire neighborhood because of these issues.

Our Board hired HOA Management several years ago. It is the best move we could have made. Our neighborhood is desirable and affordable and homes move quickly once they come on the market. The main reason for this is that our covenants are regularly and fairly enforced thus preserving our property values. I notice the positive reviews here are mostly from current board members who have an understanding of the role HOA Management plays in carrying out the direction from the board. Do we have some occasional issues? Yes. Those are mostly about the failure of various vendors to live up to expectations. Those are not the fault of the management company and are addressed. I served on the board when we had full responsibility for billing, collecting and enforcing. That was a heavy load that should not fall to any residents of the neighborhood. Thank you Rodney and staff.

We were told there is $100K in the HOA fund to cover costs to maintain the property. My easement has been cut twice since February 2023. After calling 4 times in July. Just for contractors to come out and complain to my neighbor that someone complained so they were here now.

I've been told by the manager that the contractors are not doing their jobs but nothing is happening.

$284 a year for false promises and cheaper trash isn't worth it. We don't even have a community pool. It took them until the end of July just to clean up around the "lakes". After being told by the manager that the contractor said the job is much bigger than anticipated and a new deal will have to be worked. It was much bigger because they waited 4 months to work on it.

I'd like to know how far that $100K goes and when will we actually have another meeting.

Are there any attorneys here that can guide us on how to escape this poorly managed "HOA Management"

They keep sending letters about the yard. We have WEED SERVICES every single day and they keep sending letters, now they are sending fines. I'm going to pay them a visit and hopefully figure this out for my dad, he works hard to keep the yard up and they have ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG.

I have begun looking at legal advice for a violation of a Trashcan that we had put out onto curb of the house the day of trash removal. The HOA member had showed up early hours and took a photo and sent us a violation. We have lived there for three years and never, ever, ever, had any issues with our trash can being out one day late.

I'll be asking around to see if the other neighbors would want to help dissolve the HOA in out neighborhood if this keeps up.

The communication is terrible and things can change on a dime all because someone joins and try to make living here a living hell.

Zero stars just like the majority of people on here. Horrible company that does absolutely nothing for your neighborhood except harass people and charge them an absurd amount of money to do so. I got a bill from them in the mail for my yearly dues that had 4 months of late fees tacked on to it. I went ahead and paid the yearly fee minus the late fees and I called them to let them know that this was the first bill I had received and they told me they had emailed me the other notices. When I told them I had never received those emails the lady acted like there was nothing that could be done. I asked her if she could show me proof that they had emailed me and she said no because they stopped using the company they were using to send those emails. I asked why they stopped using them and she says....(Wait for it)....."WE STOPPED USING THEM BECAUSE WE HAD SO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING THEY WEREN'T GETTING EMAILS FROM US". I can't make this stuff up. I told her that I would like to have them remove the late fees and she said the only way that could happen is if the board approves it. I said that that was the most absurd thing I've ever heard but go ahead and run it by them and let me know what they say. Never heard anything back until I got another bill that included ANOTHER late fee. I called to talk to the same person and left her a VM. She left me a VM saying "oh yeah I sent you an email earlier and then tried to call you but the call wouldn't go through, but the board denied your request". I don't believe she even did any of those things. These companies are an absolute sham and should be shut down. They don't do anyone any good at all. Will never live in another neighborhood that has anything to do with them again.
