If you are looking to rent in Miami do not choose any property manage by this group. They are fully committed to keep the owners happy. Which is great for the owners but is awful for tenants. Do not expect any sort of consideration nor emphatic action from them toward tenants. For This company tenants are second to nothing. Our owner decide to sell the unit and because we move out they charge us early termination fees. Zero remorse, zero empathy.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
