Not sure what happened with Aaron and his team. We initially connected when our company was looking for a new CPA. Our previous CPA had failed to file our tax returns and was not returning any of our phone calls or emails for months. I discussed all of these issues I had had with our previous CPA and expressed my concerns that I did not want that to happen again. We had several meetings in person and Aaron was responsive and had good insights. Then came tax season for 2022 and Aaron was essentially impossible to get a hold of. It took 5-6 emails to determine that he had filed and extension and had not filed our tax returns on the first deadline. He said he wanted to review prior to the extended deadline and we would set up a time. Over the next several months I called and emailed over a dozen times and never received a single response back. I got a hold of the receptionist who said she had talked with Aaron and I would be hearing back shortly. That never happened. I ended up talking to the receptionist three different times and I was always told that Aaron was in a meeting or couldn't take my call. I was promised that we would have a return by the end of the week, which was the last day before the extended tax filing deadline. Nothing was ever sent, no phone call, no email. I ended up working with another CPA who expedited our return and got it done but Aaron and his company really left us in a precarious position and exposed us to the potential for substantial late fees. Very disappointed and perplexed as to why he would burn a bridge that way.

Worst experience ever. I was promised tax preparation in a timely manner, weeks, signed power of attorney documents and I promptly supplied them additional information upon request. 6 months later I couldn't get anyone to return my calls or get a reply after a request for an update via email. Once I finally got a hold of one of the owners on the phone was rudely told that "I wasn't a priority" and "he would get to my taxes once he got some rest after tax season". I picked up my documents and will find another. Poor customer service. If I ran a consulting business like these fools do I wouldn't expect to have a business for very long. Seek services elsewhere.
