The lady who answered the phone was so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She kept talking over me, talking while I was answering her, and interrupting me in a very annoying and frustrating way. With the other reviews, I got the impression that the staff and the doctor who is leading this place are the same so I canceled the appointment.

I came here because I thought I was imagining things. I called during their lunch hour- the answering service lady= RUDE. Then I called after lunch, well Andrea= RUDE AS HELL as well‼️... there's abasolutely no way I'm taking my business to an establishment such as this. Andrea, learn how to speak with the people who pay you!

The doctor seems to be in a hurry and won't listen... I've got pain issues in my complete spine that need to be addressed. Slow down and hear me. Show some compassion, too!

Impossible to get an appt. When I call, they take my info and tell me a scheduler will call me back. If you answered the phone, why can't you just schedule me now? I wanted continuity of care since I am treated at this hospital. I work in the medical field and having callbacks for a new patient visit is absurd. I can understand if it is for established patients...but then they need to actually have someone call the patient back!!!

Terrible office staff. Signed in, sat down to wait, and 15 minutes later some employee's rolling her eyes at me for not filling out forms that were never provided to me. The last straw was when the office staff insisted I sign a form stating that I'd asked the doctor any questions I may have, prior to letting me ask any questions or even speak with the doctor about his abhorrently inept and dishonest reception staff. When I asked to speak with a supervisor about this fiasco, the receptionists kept repeating that there was a supervisor, but she would not tell me who that person is. They expect me to trust them to care for me after having surgery ? What a joke.

Unfortunately I'm an employee with insurance that has to use this office. No ones ever there to answer your calls...instead there's an answering service that is of no use, they can't evdn make appointments. Takes forever for someone to call & schedule you, then when they do it's a bogus appointment...so someone calls you back to reschedule. This is a pain clinic people you can't expect to do this type of unorganized & unfulfilling stuff & get good reviews. I am in severe pain with no recourse...I have to use these people!!!!!?If youcan, go somewhere else!!!! Get quicker & better serbice with more docs to choose from...

Staff is Professional, knowledgeable and caring. Office is clean. Covid made things difficult for awhile but I they managed to get a good system going and appointment were managed.
