I live in Everglades Lakes mobile home community and they have tried to contact this company several times because they ripped the wires out of my air conditioning but the company does not respond and when I try and respond to them myself it goes straight to voicemail. No response to the damage they've done or trying to repay the invoice.

The take care of the lawns and common area's at The Arbor's where we live. Got to be the worst lawn care company on the planet. The leave clippings in the mulch, don't edge properly and leave big ruts in grass where Zero Turn Lawn Mower is driven too quickly. Employee's don't take pride in work and there is a different crew almost everytime they come...... No sense of ownership.

This company simply became too large to provide quality service or care about its individual clients. As a commercial landscaping company, they maintain contracts which are extremely hard to sever. There’s no impetus for them to try. I will work with my HOA to end our relationship with IGM and look for a company that still puts its customers first.

Very irresponsible company ignorant workers. I called them 4 times in 2 weeks to complaint about their big mistake cutting my Coconut Palm tree growing 6 years in my backyard their secretary kept saying they will call me back to solve this problem but they completaly ignored me.
Any decent company would at least plant a new Coconut palm tree and apologize their mistake.

The worst lawn maintence I have ever seen, most the workers seem like drug addicts. They do a terrible job and refuse to even cut all the grass the crew is contracted to cut. Avoid this miserable company!

They take no pride in their work ! When they edge and your car is parked it gets covered in grass which sticks like glue!! Every time they come I have to have car washed and scrubbed!!
