Worse & most inept property mgmt co I have ever known. I have been on HOA Boards 10 yrs; the owner is a bully with huge ego. They cannot keep employees. Stay away. Never even visit our property. Residents hate them. They have no contractors.

This is regarding Largo Verde. Just pass on this property management company. Paying 600 a month in HOA fees and can’t get a parking pass for a roommate because board members don’t want anyone using parking spaces. Both pools are broken. Nobody cares. But Misty and Daniel on the board are very open about targeting individuals there. How they legally get away with it is beyond me. The best thing people could do is to stop paying the HOA fee there and let the place sink. We would have never bought a townhouse with a 600/month HOA. Due to the mismanagement of this community by board members and Integrity Based management, the fees more than doubled with a one month notice. Just pass on anything to do with this community.

You people need to get a grip! It isn't the HOA Management Company who is in charge, it's your Homeowner Association Board of Directors! The management company takes direction from the Board. If you don't like what's being done or not done, it's the Board you should be complaining about not the Mgmt. Co.!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are not helpful and do not care if they continue to charge you for things. I called to speak to accounting about my bill. I had been calling for a week and could not get a hold of someone. The person who answered when I was finally frustrated said they are not here you can leave a message. I told her can I speak to whoever of covering while they are out because i need to know why I am neing charged a late fee when. I have auto pay. She told me no and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I called back and she told me her name was Marisa, but who knows. The receptionist is super rude and the place is unhelpful.

The worst company I have ever had to work with. An insane amount of money goes into an HOA that does nothing and when there are issues you will either receive no response or be told it is your responsibility to take care of the area. Do not be fooled by the name of this company. there is no integrity nor accountability and your money is wasted each month.

Integrity based management. The name does not suit them well as far as I'm concerned. We own a home within a community they manage. They are rude, curt and from my experiences quick to hand out fines. It is my experience they do not care about myself as a home owner. They simply care about dishing out fines. We requested copies of the financials so that we can see where our reserve funds are being stored, spent etc and they have yet to provide. If it were up to me they would not manage my community. My experiences have been horrible.

We have had nothing but top notch service form Integrity Based Management. Any bad reviews should be directed at the HOA board of directors. The management company works for and takes direction from the board.

Everything I call they are friendly, helpful, and kind. They have been very quick to answer questions, respond to inquiries and get you the information you need quickly. I wish all association .management companies worked this well.
