Integrity Management Company handled my BUYERS' HOA approval in a timely manner, they were responsive and they stayed on top it. receptionist was always cordial, I delt with Jerianne and she was very responsive, very cordial to speak to, and she went above and beyond so that we can get our approval on time! Haven't worked with such professional management company in a long time!

Including the word ‘integrity’ in this company is hilarious. If you plan on doing business with these guys, find a back up company because they should all go away for fraud within the next few years.

Very professional and quick. I went to turn in an application for Lakewood Village and was approved in 2 weeks. They were always quick to answer my questions and the office was so clean. The front desk answers so many calls at once and attends the customers too. I was impressed! Bring money orders or checks, they don’t accept card! That’s all. Thank you!

As an HOA you couldn’t wish for a company less responsive. You try to call and the person you need is ALWAYS not available and they send to voicemail. When you request anything from them the response is typically “I don’t do that, you need to contact xxx” instead of talking to the person sitting next to them, or forwarding to them to assist…
This review will do little to change the management of the communities they manage, but they do need to remember that the fees paid by homeowners come with an expectation of service and that they are not the landowners or residents, they are there to serve the community… it just needs a little respect to the people pays no for their services.

If 0 starts was a thing thats what they would get. The office lady either doesn't give messages to Mike, or he just refuses to call anyone back. None of the issues I have asked to be addressed have. I gave gave up on one issue, and now there is something else wrong. They also hire staff to attend to the property that dont speak English, so you can't even ask them to do anything. The lawn company was great, but then they just up and fired them (probably because IPM is cheap and cuts corners) and hired a company that does a horrible job and leaves the grass half cut with missed patches. Don't think the company is managing the property well at all. We had much better service with our old property management company. I spoke to a company who is outsourced to take care of parts of the buildings by IPM, and they said that the management company wasn't paying them 😡 red flag

If could give Integrity Property Management zero stars I would. They are only in for the money. Incompetent and blatantly disregard their duties. Quite the opposite of integrity and lack in management skills necessary to maintain standards for the properties they collect money to manage. They fail to address homeowner concerns and do not respond to calls or emails when issues arise. They selectively help homeowners while others get no assistance even though we all pay dues for their “management services.”
